Bitch Ass (2022)
Low-Budget Saw
Well done low-budget film. Kid games made into adult games, with shocks, blades, and more. Come and check it out if you like gore, Saw style type games - all done on a low budget but delivered with quality.
And for those who may get confused, this is not a "black empowerment" type film, unlike another user who posted a review here would like to mislead others to believe.
Now do I have anything to do with the movie being made, nor do I know anyone behind making this film. Truth be told, chisenhall may just have some personal issues he needs to resolve with himself, so take his biased with a grain of salt. Watch the film and form your own opinion.
Personally I found that I come to love and enjoy this movie.
Dashcam (2021)
Wowsers
Just finished watching Dashcam. It was a pretty solid film, pretty different and hilarious all around. After reviewing reviews, I see the majority of them are just triggered fake woke triggered persons upset the lead actress did not die. Which says a lot about their personal character and how pathetic they really are. But aside from that, this was a great horror comedy, that was pretty well trippy and was unexpected in some aspects.
Watch the film for yourself and gather your own opinion, whether unbiased (like myself) or biased (like the majority of others upset over the lead characters personal views, etc). You might find that you enjoy this or not.
Also I will warn this film is definitely not for you if you dislike people running around with a shaky camera. That's what you'll get here with this film as it's designed to be.
Jeepers Creepers: Reborn (2022)
Delete This Film
This movie only deserves 10 stars or anything about 1 star if they only delete the film from existence. Even then, it'd be hard to give a 10 star, as it's burned into memory for existing.
Sydney Craven's acting for the most part was on point and top notch that was limited and sullied by the story line for this film. She definitely has potential, with a more serious and better film that can shine her abilities as an actress. She has played in A Christmas Carol and I enjoyed that movie all the way through. This film definitely took advantage of her and I hope it does not prevent her from better chances to come.
Jarreau Benjamin may be a good actor, but his role as the creeper definitely hurt him here. I have not seen the other film he was in, so I cannot say for sure.
Imran Adams's character was basic, lame and downright ruined most of the storyline aside from Jarreau Benjamin's role as the creeper. I have not seen any of the other films he starred in, so maybe they just gave him a poor script. Who knows.
As for the rest of the case, most of them were over the top for no reason at all, should not of been had or for the case of Georgia Goodman who played Lady Manilla, was not used to full advantage that could of been had if those behind the scripting and production had even tried!
The writers, production crew, etc are all to blame for this nasty failure of what was once a great franchise. It might be very well time to scrap this entire project and stop trying to deliver new films for this franchise. The first three films were great, in my opinion, even though many hated or disliked the third installment, I know I enjoyed it myself.
This was a reboot and they tried changing way too much. They lost the original fans and many new ones on this one. They took a risk and lost it all here. It's amazing that this film had a $5 million dollar budget and they delivered us something of such low quality. Makes you wonder what they really wasted the money on. Drugs? Alcohol? Illegal activities..? Who knows, in the end there is almost no love left for this franchise. Time to do better or quit. And if this is the best that can be delivered, it's definitely time to quit for those behind the Jeepers Creepers franchise or hand over the mantle to someone with more skill.
