I originally found this movie in Bali and had thought of some stories my friends and I were writing that felt very similar to what the description had entailed. I was intrigued, to say the least, and decided to buy it and take it back home with me to watch. I was not in the least disappointed, it was (and still is) one of THE best movies I've ever seen.

I do think that the music could have been a little bit broader in range because it's sad to listen to the soundtrack with it being variations of the same song but it fit the scenes and emotions so well anyway!

I saw a few negative reviews mostly along the lines of "She was so out of line and woke" but I feel like saying that these people completely missed Ophelia's motives is an understatement. Her whole character and motive was to be who people told her she couldn't.

She was not without flaw, as it was shown she could be too stubborn and stick her nose into places where it caused her strife. However, I dare those who complain about that to name a GOOD character who lacks flaws because there are no lessons without them.

I don't care who you are or what you say, this show is downright the best show to ever exist. It's not the show we deserved, but the show we needed and I'm so grateful for that one fast food restaurant who gave out DVDs as a promotional item and gave me this absolute godsend of a series as a result of me wanting a happy meal at 7 years old.

To whatever McDonald's employee who put this show with my happy meal that day, thank you. You have truly shown me the single greatest thing life has to offer and I will be forever grateful to you, may your life be long and happy and all those who've wronged you apologise.
