I just watched this movie at a preview,i'm used to seeing sequels and them not holding a flame to the original or leaving disappointed but this is one i was quite pleased with, this movie follows Gracie hart starting 3 weeks where the last movie finished off. After her realizing she cannot do her job anymore because she has such a recognizable face, so she decides to become "the new face of the FBI" doing public appearances and writing a book. The story then leads her back to her friend Cheryl aka "Miss United states" getting abducted, which makes her no longer want to sit on the sidelines and do publicity.

The movie holds onto the basics of the first one and the parts that always made you laugh it also makes reference to things that did happen in the first movie but not in a over used sort of way,they kept original characters from the first movie(and the actors that played them) yet also introduced some new ones quite flawlessly. The jokes are fresh(though some are predictable) the storyline keeps you flowing if you liked the first one you will most definitely like this one it doesn't leave you lacking.

i first saw this movie on late night family channel as a kid... it tooks me years to find it again, when i FINALY found it i ran out and bought it(2 months on back order!!) this is such a sweet light hearted cinderella tale of a girl named Ella who always told everyone she would grow up to live in the palace... and people just shrugged her off and called her "cinder-ella" because of cleaning out the fireplace and being covered in ashes... a fairy godmother who is accentric and amusing with word games what holds a good message, there are some key moments what always make me laugh every time i watch it... this is the first leslie caron movie i saw and i fell inlove with her and have now seen many more of her movies... she is a very beautiful woman with great skill and always reminds me a bit of Audrey Hepburn(maybe it's just me)...whenever i'm down this movie always makes me smile i can never get bored of it!... if you love light hearted romance comedies or the classics this movie is worth watching!

This is an interesting movie, it's about a troubled young man whose father is a senator. Neil(played by Dj qualls-the new guy) goes on a journey to meet an author(J.D. Salinger) whom he feels has a strong hold on his life. He bring along for his journey a girl(T.J.) from school who he becomes quite attached to, her only wish in life is to see New York City what she falls in love with then begins to hate which pushes them further onto their journey.. as the movie goes on you find out why Neil is troubled, and that T.J. has an illness. This movie is not a PG rating do to the realisms in life (it hold some sexual content, and not so appropriate language). It IS a good movie, everything falls into place quite well and you truly get a feel for the characters. I liked it. some didn't but I thought it was really well done and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

some people might call this movie weak, i don't think so.. if you think it's weak your only seeing the surface of it, this movie has much going on but it's all deep down, this movie is "REAL" compared to some of the stuff that has come out of hollywood lately, it doesn't seem like it had a large budget either, it does not follow the normal cookie cutter image if a "blockbuster" or anything else.. parker had a very hard roll to play in this movie i thought she pulled it off quite well if you like independant films and something different this is a very good well done movie!
