This was one of the first French film I have ever watched. I decided to give it a go.

Initially I wasn't holding out much hope when I placed the DVD into my drive, I was wrong.

The film is a hard hitting which keeps you gripped and awaiting the clever plot, it doesn't not disappoint and the way in which the plot unfolds is clever as well as realistic. The actors do a very good job and the main actor is especially good, the white mob boss is also a superb actor.

The film is about an Arab who enters jail after a life of trouble. He soon becomes gripped into the underworld of gang violence, he then joins a white gang whilst carrying out jobs for them. Whilst he cleverly starts to build his own empire.

Go watch this film now, sometimes I don't watch films if I have not seen reviews or thousands of votes here on IMD. Trust me on this film, one of the best films I have seen in a long time and I am sure you will not be disappointed.

After just watching this film i have decided to put up this comment. OK right, this move is good but not great. It has action fighting and explosions and all the fillings for a action movie.

In short this movie has action and explosions with all the usual cool scenes. If the storyline had been thought more carefully could have been made to be awesome. But it was just plain and nothing really hit off.

Id await this movie for DVD, Go see at the pictures if your bored as it wont waste your time. But your just be thinking how good the movie could have been when the credit roll. Oh and the ending was rushed and again something which annoyed me even more.

I decided to watch this film after reading some great comments and ratings.

Felon is about a man who is convicted of a crime and his time he servers whilst in America's prison facility. It gives insight into gang culture and the rules and risks a con must take to stay alive.

This move has forced me to put a comment due to its superb acting and great plot. Its one of them films that show the true reality of the prison system and its effects it has on the inmate and family life. Go watch this film and be ready for a hard hitting 2hrs. I will watch again very soon. It was that good.
