It starts of promissing. A guy with a gun demands a diagnoses. An unlikely scenario, but the viewer should be flexible enough to go with it. It is a tv show, after all. However, there is only so much you can take. The story just does not make sense at all. A few MAJOR flaws:
All in all. Just dont watch this episode.
- the viewer is made to feel some kind of empathy towards the gunman, by showing his background and medical bills. However, he is cruel and selfish for the entire ride
- 13 wants to die reeeeaaaal bad. Until the ending seconds. She became increasingly reckless because of the huntingtons. This is a development in the season. In this episode however, she is borderline suïcidal.
- house gives the gun back... again, the guy was a rude psychopath the entire episode. Is House suïcidal too? And even if House woud rather find a diagnoses than live, couldnt he at least let Evans go? I mean, he was still there... and 13 as well. Why didnt Evans protest Houses decision to give the gun back btw? I would run as soon as I would see that crazy look on Houses face.
- no penalty for House? Are you kidding me? I know he gets away with stuff in the hospital. Thats the idea of the show. But he is commiting a serious crime here. Are officers just going to ignore the fact House became an accomplice?!
All in all. Just dont watch this episode.
