Miracle Landing on the Hudson (2014)
Very awesome
Continuing my Disney+ documentary film marathon this is my eleventh. As I watch, I comment too. I already found it super interesting for having staging. Somber this mysterious guy who stood next to the woman who saw the black smoke as the plane took off. Wow, it was a dream. It reminded me of the movie "Final Destination" (Premonition in PTBR). Several were even delayed and almost missed their flight. Several had premonitions as well. Too tense. For those who were on the plane, it must have been tense, but imagine for the husband who was in the car wash and receives a "goodbye" call from his wife. Glad not everyone was selfish. Wow, they saved everyone, how wonderful. These evasive journalists are horrible. Conclusion: without a doubt, out of the 11 documentaries I've watched in this marathon, this was my favorite, I loved the way it was told.
Back to the Titanic (2020)
Ok
Continuing my marathon of Disney + documentary films, this is my tenth watch. I'll watch and comment.
What a pity not to have pt-br subtitles available.
Reminds me of the recent deaths of people who went to see the Titanic.
Wow, there are microbes. Interesting tributes to the dead of the shipwreck.
Conclusion: it is important for us to discover new things, to dazzle real old events, but with caution so that there are no more deaths like the most recent one, it was a good documentary.
I liked the specialists, they even included a descendant of one of the deceased, I found it interesting. Cool.
Paris to Pittsburgh (2018)
Ok
Continuing my marathon of documentary films made available by Disney+, this will be my eighth watch.
I'll watch and comment. Jeez, Trump is already starting to appear, oh my. Of course he was going to bad.
The people who are against this and in favor of Trump/Bolsonaro are very selfish, they only think about their own money.
Sad for the people who suffered from the catastrophes.
Wow, how sad the fire on the horses.
It would be more interesting if there were more people against it debating global warming.
Conclusion: I found it interesting and important, but it would be cooler if there were two sides debating, those on the right go crazy. Potencial.
Wild Portugal (2020)
Interesting
Continuing my marathon of documentary films available on disney+, this is my ninth watch. I'll watch and comment.
Beautiful, cool stork is a male and a female.
How afraid of wolves.
Very beautiful horses.
I think it's amazing how goats manage to climb these places calmly.
Foxes are so beautiful.
I didn't know these genets. Sinister the chameleons eating.
How nervous to see the crabs.
What cute animals the baby storks are, I take back what I said, them eating the snake. Conclusion: I found it interesting, some animals I didn't know, I learned some things.
Fascinating interactions between animals, both familiars and predators and prey.
Science Fair (2018)
10 for Myllena and Gabriel of Brazil. You are Awesome. Very Proud of you
Continuing my marathon of documentary films found on Disney+, this will be my seventh watch. I'll watch and comment.
I liked Anjali Chadha.
I didn't like Harsha.
A bunch of Asians competing, no surprises.
These competitions are very tense, it must make everyone nervous.
Bad for Anjali to lose. Wow, what a sensational football coach who helped the girl.
Wow, no one knew Kashfia at her own school.
Bad school eh, the girl goes through something so big and nobody knows about it and it's not even talked about, and to begin with, even the science teachers themselves didn't want to help, terrible, she literally did everything by herself, congratulations.
This prejudice that people have with foreigners who are going to live in countries is very horrible. I thought it was going to show up only Americans, not bad.
Wow, even my Brazil appears, how wonderful.
I'm rooting for Myllena from Brazil and for Kashfia.
I'm sure Robbie does drugs.
Congrats to Kendra from Jericho, and glad the trio (Ryan, Harsha and Abraham didn't win).
Sad that Myllena and Gabriel didn't win. Immensely happy that Kashfia won, it deserved a lot.
Wow, the German who won.
I loved this teacher, she reminds me of the actress from "How to get your murder" I forgot the actress's name.
Bro, what a school of idiots, who didn't recognize Kashfia's victory, how angry.
Apollo: Missions to the Moon (2019)
I believe
Continuing my marathon of documentary films found on Disney+, this will be my sixth watch.
I'll watch and comment.
Cool, there's Walt Disney.
I know very little about the 12 Apollo expeditions, the only thing I'm pretty sure of is that there were tragedies.
Apollo 1 has already started going wrong before it started, tense and sad for the 3 astronauts who died on Apollo 1 and for the family members they left behind.
Cool that Apollo 7 worked.
Apollo 8 worked, good.
Flat-Earthers have always been ashamed.
Apollo 11, if you have Neil Armstrong and Buzz, then that's the one they managed to land on the moon.
Wow, a Drive-in church, I've never seen it.
"That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind." July 1969.
Apollo 13 went pretty much wrong, so glad you survived.
Conclusion: a very interesting documentary, it must have been extraordinary to have witnessed this moment live, I am from 1996. Unfortunately there were fatalities. I had thought there were only 12 Apollos but there were 17 Apollos.
Atlantis Rising (2017)
Cool
Continuing my marathon of documentary films found on Disney+, this will be my fifth watch.
I'll watch and comment.
I already loved it because it has James Cameron.
Wow, there were even toilets.
The dolphins, how cute.
This mystery about Atlantis has always fascinated me.
They go somewhere, find evidence that it might be Atlantis, then find reasons and evidence that it isn't.
Cool the way they reconstructed the city in 3D.
Jeez, now they talked about a video of a diver from the last century.
Interesting that they found something at the bottom of the ocean.
Conclusion: I found it very interesting, but I don't know what happened to me that with 10 minutes to go (after they found several under the ocean) I lost interest, but I found it very interesting.
Petra: Secrets of the Ancient Builders (2019)
Very Well
Continuing my Disney+ documentary film marathon, this is my fourth documentary I've watched.
I'll watch and comment.
What a beautiful place.
I didn't know this place, had never even heard of it.
Genius the method that was used to sculpt.
It's amazing how the ancestors did things without the technology (supposedly) that we have today.
Wow, it took 200 years to build the Great Temple (it's beautiful).
They even thought against earthquakes.
Brilliant, the way they found to get water, they were even treated, and still managed to get potable water out, congratulations to the ancestors.
They even had a spa.
Conclusion: Impressive, of the four documentaries I watched in this marathon so far, this was the most spectacular, I didn't know this place, I thought it was wonderful, the past is very mysterious. People have always been very smart.
Buried Truth of the Maya (2019)
Nice
Continuing my Disney+ documentary movie marathon, this is my third one I'm watching. I'll watch and comment.
This one starts interesting, I always wanted to know more about the mysterious people who lived before us here in America (I'm from Brazil).
Let's see if they find something interesting.
Wow, I would be scared of being the leader/king of this place and having to stay inside this super tight place.
I just found the professions I will never try, congratulations to those who are brave
Wow, everything is so tight in this place, how nervous.
This cenote is a beautiful place.
Interesting that they find a piece of Jade at the end.
Conclusion: I know that for those who already study the Mayan civilization, they may not have seen anything new but for me, who never saw anything, it was quite interesting.
Surviving the Mount St. Helens Disaster (2020)
Sad
My second documentary film in my Disney+ marathon.
I'm not going to judge the old man who decided to stay home, I would have left but I understand him.
I'm shocked watching this documentary because the survivors interviewed seem to be happy for the catastrophe.
Americans are strange, they didn't even think about the families that were left with nothing.
Wow, the surviving cameraman managed to record the moment, I found that very interesting.
Good thing the woodcutters survived, some of them.
I loved the brothers who tried to save the horses, the best survivors of this catastrophe, as I understand the horses died, right?
Conclusion: Sad for the people who didn't survive but sadder for the people who survived and say it was the best moment of their lives, revolting.
Pompeii: Secrets of the Dead (2019)
Interesting
I'm going to marathon some Disney+ documentaries so I chose this one to start with, and I really liked it
I found it very interesting, it is very important to know about our past.
A very well done documentary, you can learn a lot from it.
I liked the specialists, the discoveries.
I just feel sorry for those ancestors who died two thousand years ago and are being exposed to everyone and will not have a decent rest.
At least they managed to contradict the story created by the man who found these individuals based on facts.
Conclusion: it was very important for me to watch this documentary because I don't know anything about this event and it's always good to learn. We will probably never know why these individuals stayed behind and couldn't save themselves.
