Attack of the Adult Babies (2017)
A positive suprise
I was already exited when I bought this! And now I can say that it was a positive suprise.
I've seen some old and new slasher movies and those have always been I pit boring for me. Maybe those have been a little pit overdone or just not my style. But anyways this one was. It has almost everything.
It has comedy, slasher gore, a story and some nudity. So it keeps you entertained through the whole movie. The acting was great I think. Effeckts were great too. Ofcourse you could see in those killing moments how they have used some still images etc. But onestly it didn't really bother me because it was done nicely.
Although the story is ok. Theres enough everything and its fun.
Irréversible (2002)
A heavy piece
One of my favorite movies ever! 10/10
I love Gaspar Noé and his work. Every one of his movies is unique and so is Irreversible.
The movie has captured everything perfectly. Camera angles, intensive colors like blood red and even the name is put through the whole movie. It's intence and exiting. It's something that you can't stop watching.
The rape scene is horrible, ofcourse. It's too long and violent. You just wish it would just stop. But I think that's the point. To feel as she does.
The soundtrack is on point. It really feels horrible and beautifull at tha same time. I'm listening to it sometimes just to remember this moovie and the feeling it gives.
+ If you've watched enough of Noé's movies you may understand the style and referenses better.
Schramm (1993)
A beautifull masterpiece
Schramm is a beautifull masterpiece. The acting, scenes, atmosphere, music and story are all good. Everything goes together with everything when you watch the whole thing.
At first it might be hard to understand the story or "meaning" behind this film. But when you understand what you're seeing, it actually makes you feel something.
How it's filmed, the music, nudity/sexuality and his home.. For me it's mostly anxiety and sadness, suprised. Anxiety caused by every element together that this film has, how it just grew bigger and bigger and in the end it was all over. Then there was that sadness that you can get from the ending. And also through the whole movie, it's hard to explain.
Personally it left me thinking/wondering. I also love the soudtrack.
Red Krokodil (2012)
You can feel it
I really loved this movie... It's athmosphere, scenes, ways to tell how something feels and how something is. They have made the place look like just how it should and feel just how it would. You know?
The movie is talking with you all the time and it's something you choose to feel and understand. Something you see your own way.
It's a sad movie and also a happy one. It depents on how you see it and how you see the ending of this movie. Anyways, I appreciate the actor and grew who made this. It's a unique piece that left me just wondering. It has that touch on you so you can't stop watching.
Storm Warning (2007)
Better that expected
This was actually better than I expected. Although it was somehow predictable there were many things and scenes to keep it interesting and made it special. I liked those unique ideas and acting! Expecially acting from the dad and sons. Unique ideas like how they killed little brother, how dad lost his penis and how the other brother was killed.
I didn't really like the mans acting. He was too silent and boring, didn't really do anything.
It's a great movie for a horro fan. I would like to say that it's a basic horror movie and there are some with the same idea. Still it is better than many of those other ones.
+++Also it had more gore than expected.
