I saw this as a mystery movie at my local movie theater , meaning i saw early with only a guess on what movie it was. I was correct! The video game elements are great! One of the BEST movies i've seen in a long time. Its such a good watch! The twist and the end made me scream in shock! And the kill using a CHEESE GRATER?! Brutal! And seeing how the main character navigates the world is very captivating! I was laughing so hard whole time. My one complaint is the final fight goes on for WAY longer than it should've. They both would've been dead 80 seconds earlier. But i didn't come in for a "super duper realistic movie", I came for a good time and thats what i got! Would DEFINITELY recommend unless you are weak to blood, then not for you.
