To Be of Service (2019)
As an actual combat veteran
The movie deals mostly with the stories of a few folks with PTSD and less about the dogs. People like me will notice quickly that only a few had been exposed to actual combat. The lady developed PTSD from looking at pictures. She also described an RPG completely wrong which indicates a complete lack of combat exposure. She discussed smoking cigarettes at one of Saddams palaces in the fortified Baghdad. Naturally she was "political" if you catch my drift. The guy from Montana walked inexplicably with a funky limp and with one of his arms flared out. He used his cane ipsilateral to his weak knee extension. These symptoms somehow resolved from walking his dog later in the film. To me, a glaring sign of a functional movement disorder and premorbid mental illness. Hope the VA doesn't investigate this. Also How much is the government giving these folks and why. I felt sorry for the helicopter injury guy and the Polish guy. They seemed genuine and the dogs appeared to help. I give this film a 1/10 because the makers of this film were completely clueless about who to interview.

Sad...
Why did Patrick Stewart lower himself by taking on this incredibly liberal, preaching garbage. We all know "Pat" is an extraordinary actor and the reasoning behind taking this role is beyond me. Perhaps their was a little voice in his head that wouldn't leave him alone unless he took it. Hopefully, he took it because he owed a friend a favor or something.
I watched the show, and true, it's semi funny and witty throughout the movie, but its still 'Pat' playing the role of a homosexual. The only reason I watched it is because he was in it. I guarantee nearly 100 percent of the people that watched it, watched it because of him. He obviously was making a statement by taking this role. Oh well. I'm going to try to pretend like I never heard of this movie.
