I was drawn to entertainment at an early age. My parents didn't want to raise me so I was left with other family members and was on my own at age 15. In 1972-73, I was a member of Allentown PA Children's Little Theatre group, performing in all 7 plays during the season. I was offered a full scholarship to Julliard the next year but my dysfunctional father put the brakes on that, claiming homophobic concerns which held more weight during that time period. So I bowed out of acting for years. In 1988, I was hired as an operations person for a remote radio station in Alaska. through that experience, I got a job at a Seattle radio station right at the start of Grunge Rock in 1991. That was fine until 1994, when a divorce and death of Kurt Cobain ended my radio career. I started a successful mobile DJ company until 2007, when I sold it due to loss of interest. I believe I am a natural actor (not a ham) who has ideas for a screenplay about a "monster" child who rescues a pretty woman from harm, they eventually fall in love and people are informed of his unique abilty to write poetry using a pen name. Even though I am almost 50, I would love the opportunity to act or write for the entertainment industry. I have a unique story to tell about my life to the right producer.

This episode will win several awards. Rarely does a TV show hit me right in the feels. This one did. Kudos to guest star Christopher Lloyd for a stellar performance.
One note - whoever wrote the "goofs" paragraph is wrong. My father joined the Marines in 1939 at age 17. He lied about his age to get in. Many recruits did not show a birth certificate upon enlistment.

Badland (2019)
Never let the writer be the director

The writing went back and forth from proper to slang. Actors can only do what's written and Justin Lee must of been paying homage to Clint Eastwood and the spaghetti western and totally missed the mark. Even the extras were forced and campy. Not sure how this made the Netflix top 10 unless it was because everyone is on quarantine.
