I've never been a fan of Arquette and now that she won an Oscar I'm sure the shows written post-Oscar will include even more of her unfortunately. I am a fan of Peter MacNichol however he won't be able to save it either. It seems they are trying too hard to "dumb down" the show by explaining each and every technical aspect. Using the tried and true formula of animation and music is pointless. Too bad they just can't allow CSI to end gracefully! I will continue to watch each show until I simply can't stand it but if you are wanting to get in to some great new series, this will only disappoint! My suggestion would be to go and watch the entire "The Wire" series or Kevin Spacey's early days in the "Wiseguy" series!

Although this wasn't a race across the USA, in one way it was--to get to the main race which took place in SFO. The non-stop action and race scenes throughout kept you always alert to the action. Of course there is the typical love scenario between the main character and the lead woman so they pretty much thought of everything. Aaron Paul is truly at his best, just as he was in Breaking Bad.. making a new name for himself on the big screen. Well done and worth the 9 stars I gave it. I didn't see the movie in 3D but don't feel it is necessary as it isn't like you will be blown away by any special effects. They did obviously spend some money on these chase scenes however and is worth the big screen experience!

OK I know it is supposed to be slapstick comedy and with all the press Ron Burgundy was getting with him showing up on Live news sets, etc I started to question, just how good this movie is going to be. That, and you typically see so many trailers that do give a giggle that intrigue you to see the movie.. after all that is what a trailer is supposed to be for... but this one really was bad.. at times it would wander to so many strange places that made me wonder just how much of that crack smoking was going on during the writing of this movie. Seriously, it was THAT BAD that I continued to look at my watch, wondering just how much longer should I put up with this. The theatre had about 6 other people in it and about 20 minutes left in the movie one of those people got up and left.. I was thinking about it too, but then I wouldn't be able to give a legitimate rating and review. The only reason I gave it 2 instead of 1 is because of the concept of the movie.. but seriously.. it was not worth going to the theatre and really not worth watching on home video unless you are in the right mood I guess.
