Downhill After Season 1 aka the Book
24 June 2020
It becomes overly jaded and unrealistic. You can't blame others for your problems when you literally committed crimes causing those problems.

Entertainingly terrible
21 June 2019
Decent plot and overall story but some pretty bad acting. Especially in season 3. It doesn't make sense the heel turns and how evil people always given a second chance and then they abuse those that gave them a chance. So close to being good. I had to lower my rating from 7 to 5.

Does it get better?

Episode 1 was painful and I love so many of the actors but this was a brutally boring watch... not sure I can try episode 2 without encouragement.

Action Dramedy w/ Good Acting
2 February 2019
Polar is a John Wick type movie. It's like the man is trying to take John Wick's pension and his dog but with a twist. It's a dark comedy; same writer as Malice in Wonderland. The acting was great, accept it for the ridiculous action dramedy it is and enjoy!

Disappointment
26 August 2018
I remember being disappointed in the theatre so I gave it another try on Netflix because of its score. Still disappointed acting is good but the story drags and isn't that good. The high rating has to be a product of Leo fan girls and boys.

Rivals Terminator 2
1 July 2015
This movie was excellent. Anyone giving it a grade below 8 is doing so out of an emotional attachment to the first two movies since the rest of them until now have been sub par. There is tons of action, plenty of laughs, and a good plot setting up an intended trilogy.

The acting is very good, those hating on Emelia Clarke's version of Sarah Connor need to accept its a different time-line and thus a different personality. Arnold is fantastic for comic relief and they did a great job of not letting his age effect action sequences.

I saw it with 5 people and all of us were confused by the poor reviews we had heard prior to seeing it after seeing it, we all liked it a lot.

Unfortunate Recasting
12 October 2012
I'm surprised by the reviews I've read stating that Part II was better done than Part I. I saw Part II with four friends, all have read the book and had seen Part I.

We all felt the drop off in acting quality was extreme. Unfortunately, this is magnified by an inferior director as well. The plot is for the most part accurate to the book, though the time-line was slightly altered and curiously skipped certain important details while forcing others less significant details into the screen play.

The new Rearden and D'Anconia are painful. The new Dagny isn't as painful but the actress in Part I I felt was far superior.

Its unfortunate that this trilogy is going to fail to transform into film yet again.
