Jesus Christ what the ****** is this
4 July 2020
Warning: Spoilers
If you are wondering why people are not going to movies any more, this movie can give you the answer. It is an insult to human intelligence. I mean, everything about the movie is just wrong, just too much, just over the top disturbingly bad. She jumps off a cliff, falls for 100s of meters hits the branches, others cliffs and then she falls down on beach and not even gets injured?! A shark breaks a hard steel cage? With its head?! I could go on but what is the point, stop making these, i can't even call it movies, just stop. Quit your jobs, do something else, cause if this is what you came up with, it is not for you, leave to someone with something to say in his life.

a great idea. idea.

This started very well, great cast, landscapes, scenography, characters etc. I loved the idea of to greatest psychology minds working together on improving therapy methods and changing the approach to curing people of their traumas and problems. Where i find the movie failed a bit is the story where the connections in the scenes are bit off. I got the feeling that it was jumping trough periods without any connection which i could put together. It seemed like there were years in gaps between couple of scenes where there wasn't any. Even if this followed only true life events of Jung and Freud it still leaves us with wanting more then just few dialogs and scratch on the surface of psychology treatments. Kinsey (2004) is a movie which is a good parallel example how a movie about similar subject can be and can be done brilliantly. Maybe movies about lives of both Jung and Freud are in order. So, all in all, i enjoyed watching it, everyone did a great job and gives you a good feeling after, it has minor gaps in the story which doesn't make you stick to the chair but definitely recommend it to everyone.

not amazing, not great but the OK spider-man

So, here we go again. Another remake of the remake of the remake... The story we all know, the lines we read, the fights we've scene the question is weather it will be packed good enough for us to love it again? For me the answer is, no. It fails in characters development, in the plot very much so and gives us a lot of new cool 3D and CGI effect but very little on the story line and the creation of the cult super hero. The plots which determine the destiny of our superhero are the least developed and have plenty of leaks which makes it hard to buy the whole story. We got a new super villain which we haven't seen before and is great but it is so weakly explained why is he doing everything he does. That is what is it like with most other things in the movie as well, just doesn't give us anything to grab hold of and makes us anticipate the sequel. That is what made the previous franchise amazing and that's where i can see this one failing. Sequel to this or not, either way, its irrelevant.

genre mislead

there is no comedy in this movie, there is no war but war related, drama maybe but not really. its mostly a road trip movie. That on the side, movie itself is so so. main characters are well developed and acted out. they are well portrait as in a mix mash of 3 completely different "types" of soldiers. any other characters involved are pale and not worth mentioning. But that's it for me. Nothing else i found interesting or special about this flick. It is straight forward 90minutes of conversations and couple of situations they run into on the trip. camera work and directing don't bring much to it either. shots of states nature side fill in some blanks but all in all i forget pretty much everything but the characters after movie ended. all in all not a complete waste of time but not really entertaining or emotionally moving. 5/10 is plenty comparing to 7/10 at the moment.

wasted youth (as cliché as it sounds )

Warning: Spoilers
This movie will make a lot of sense to people who live in the Balkan region or former YU countries, much more then in Europe. If you've seen Kids(1995), well this is the Balkan version of it, today.

The story follows a group of kids and their every day life in and outside of high school and their many encounters with sex, drugs and alcohol. The detachment from parents, life in poverty, without love is all what creates this way of life. It shows us the inside of something that we might deny existing but is there and is so close to us but we just keep ignoring it. Everything I've seen in this movie, I've heard from friends, seen it myself and its all true. Kids going to clubs underage, buying alcohol, stealing, smoking, dressing like prostitutes... Biggest problem for the viewers will be the fact that they haven't met a group of kids like this, and they will refuse to believe that this is a possible scenario in life. Kids who are their age who went to a slightly different high school will say also that this is not true but as soon as you leave the urban city area, or high schools which are "elitist" you'll find much more and much worse. "Clip" should serve us as a warning, is here to educate us, show us how bad things can get, are, and unless we take our blindfolds off its only going to get worse.

Once again, you might think this is fiction but is as true as it gets.
