Quarantine-19 (2022)
Amateurish
Must be the directors first movie. Horror able The acting was wooden, and way overdone. They tried hard but it was like a dress rehearsal, and they were reading from a script, think high school play. The script could have been better, but as directed, it is just boring It is a movie about 8 people who enter a big brother type house contest. This story has been done many times before, but it is mostly with zombies outside. The first half of the movie is so boring I almost went to fast-forwarding, but I wanted to be the first to write a review, so I watched the whole movie. No T&A, no sex.no gore. Not even worth calling it a horror movie. Waste of time.
I do NOT recommend this.
Deadsight (2018)
To many mistakes!
Good concept, poor exsiccation. The acting was just so so, no Oscars. Way too many errors in the script and the editing.
Spoilers: He is blind but, shoots the heads off the zombies, uses a double barrel 12 ga shotgun and blasts a zombie standing right in front of his partner from 20' away. This movie is full of this kind of error. I suspect the director had no knowledge of guns before making this. I won't add any of the other mistakes in case you decide to watch this because it would give away too much of the story. I was disappointed with the ending; I didn't know it only takes 5 minutes to have a baby?
Jusqu'au déclin (2020)
Netflix, but still watchable!
Almost everything I watch on Netflix is just to woke for me, but every once-in a while I find something worth a watch. Yes, I know Netflix is trying to make fun of survivalists. However, this is still a pretty good movie. The acting was good, as was the directing. I found a few mistakes while watching but, I don't think very many other will see them. Pointing them out would be considered spoilers so just know they are there. I hate how IMBd requires 600 words for a review. Seams a little too much.
No T&A, Killings, but no gore, language was no problem. I would rate this as pg10. Typing Filler words to reach 600.
Plagi Breslau (2018)
worth a watch
I liked this because it was interesting, well-acted, although they took liberties with some of the story by stretching creditableness, most of the viewers probably wouldn't notice. As this was filmed in Poland, with polish language, the cc and the dubbing didn't collate, the movie itself gave enough information so as to understand what was happening. I thought the directing and special effects, and editing were well done for a foreign film.
As a who-done-it film, with good suspense, I found I was able to over-look a few minor errors and sat back and enjoyed this.
Cadaver nudity, a few f-bombs, but not gratuities'. And gore. I would rate this pg15.
Away (2020)
Chick flick
Woke, with lots of tears, every charter cries at some point through the series. I thought this was going to be a sci-fi movie, turns out it was more a soap opera. Lots of touchy-feely emotions. If this was shortened to 3 episodes instead of 10, I would have given it a better rating, even with some of the stupid story plot of not being able to function after 1day without water. Or the problem with the supply ship. This started out pretty good, but all the back stories about family becomes boring. This is also very predictable, nothing in the last several episodes that I didn't see coming.
No T&A, only a couple F-bombs, no gore or killings, boring at times. I would rate it G, over 10 years old because of the language. Not worth buying.
Eradication (2022)
Dumb
There is no electricity, but the computer never gets turned off. Where does the drinking water come from? Then it gets even more imposable or just plain stupid. Don't waste your time on this, the concept could have been good, but with most of these movies lately no one is fact checking the details. I can NOT recommend this.
Resident Evil (2022)
WOKE
I just binge watch this. Leave it to Netfu@ks to renin a series. I have watched every resident evil movie, some more than once, but this is one I will never watch again. It is so predictable, so over the top, like jumping off a 100' wall and not getting hurt. Parts of this POS are like a soap opera and the action scenes are just plain bad. I would say bad directing bad editing bad writing bad acting unlikeable heroes, and characters If you're a RE fan skip this it will only anger you as to why did the ever cast this POS. Lots of F-bombs, No T&A. I do NOT recommend this.
