Bowling for Columbine (2002)
This film is fun but not serious
This guy Michael Moore is a comedian that tries to make inteligent social criticisms and fails miserably.
He should join the Saturday Night Live people.. then maybe I would respect him.
He is such a lier, you can see that he is manipulating people into thinking Charlton Heston is evil.. ahhahah as if..; :D
I have enough arguments to write a BOOK about how Michael Moore talks nonsense.. and the champion of demagogues.
but won't waste my time here.. I've got better things to do. Just know this:" You are a pathetic person if you take this movie seriously
(the jokes are good though.. like the fake history cartoon ahha)
Alien Hunter (2003)
Poor sci-fi film, below my expectations (wich were already low)
Very bad acting, and a very shallow story. Not even a decent B-Movie
Events that were suposed to be shocking like humans geting on board an alien ship were boring and very lame.
This is one of the worst sci-fi I've ever seen. I saw the 5.0 stars and decided to watch it since i like the genre, but it sucked so bad.
Now there's really very few good movies on ALIEN subject, I think because most of them are low budget
I give it 3/10
The Passion of the Christ (2004)
Why all religions are bad
Religion is possibly the number one cause of human death on the history of mankind. Religeous ideology has always been the main cause of war and inhumanity.
Religion is a tool to obtain power or a tool to control the masses. It is so easy to use religion against large groups of people because you need little logical arguments to convince them of your power. Only emotions (fear mostly) of going to hell or imaginary things like that is already sufficient to someone impose power against another.
The fascinating thing is that even ignorant people understand the simple theories of religion, contrary to other ideologies (economical or political ones). So you can reach all the population and have them follow you.
The truth is that the universe always existed. By some bizzare flaw in the human brain, this concept is hard to acknowlage. Of course there is no life after death, but also, the human mind can't understand very well that concept, so we created "imaginary stories" to satisfy our primitive minds.
Death = non-existence (remember before you were born? that's the same thing as death)
Ok, I hope you understand the truth (but I don't think most of you can) since you were already hit so much by the psicological propaganda (since religious people are born they are bombarded with ideology) so it's very hard to let go..
But as our friend Neo always said: Free your mind.
The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003)
Greatly over-hyped fantasy flick for RPG fans ONLY
Bad acting, ok story for the fans, but I don't fancy this "RPG trend" crap. I don't know how this movie ever entered the TOP250 movies of IMDB.
Should be ranked #500 best movie of all time or less.. My real grade for this movie is 6.0, but I voted it a 1.0 because lot's of mindless people voted it a 10, and NO WAY this boring movie is a 10.
SPECIAL EFFECTS DON'T MAKE A MOVIE A 10 out of 10.
Go watch the other movies on TOP10 list like Godfather and shawshank redemption and then TRY to compare it with this piece of *
