Why did Grandpa Amos use the Lord's name in vain? It is a bad example for children.

This episode is about making assumptions about someone's happiness!

This was a pretty disturbing episode. It smacked of sexual harassment even sexual assault.

This was a traditional sweet sitcom about love, jumping to conclusions and suspicion .

I wonder how many people started out in door to door sales but failed or simply gave up.

Probably because this was the first episode there was some Overacting especially by Elinor Donahue.

This family really sticks together during trying Times.

I enjoyed the Square Dancing scenes more than anything else in the episode.

Mr Anderson was having a nightmare over Betty's mysterious occupation. I wonder what thoughts were going through his mind.

This is an example of the serious issues the show deals with. It was ahead of the Times compared to the other sitcoms of its day. Another serious issue is that Im sure a lot of viewers would like to know the name of the actress who makes a brief appearance near the end.

I believe the successful business man mostly regrets missing the social aspects of highschool. What's learned in highschool can be acquired through self study

This episode resembles a Pre code movie which reminds me of one that Robert young was in involving Helen twelvetrees playing his sister.

Its amazing that a small town like Springfield has a "Little France."

The pilot would have been better if it was one half precarver and one half at carver. Preferably a two parter totaling 2 hours plus commercials.

Father knows Best dealt with some serious issues such as social snobbery,lying,stealing,jealousy, financial irresponsibly" etc.
