As I always enjoy watching Tom Cruise in films, this one was only a tad enjoyable with several flaws. Not as good as the first I say. Storyline was so so which the high point of the film wasn't really at the end. Chemistry between Tom Cruise's Character and Cobie Smulders' Character was sub par. Also acting from the TV actors was sub par as well.

Let's start with those flaws first. TV actors with Film Actors and vice versa. While there are a handful of TV actors who can act portray different characters well and act well, there are still some who maintain the image they do on a TV series or film they are known for thus hard to see them acting in anything else. Cobie Smulders, known for playing Robin in 'How I met your mother', didn't fit the character she was playing. Not only did I kept seeing her Character "Robin", but also her character being a Major in the Military Police didn't fit her. Although she does star in The Avengers, for me it wasn't a strong point and only realised after checking her IMDb credits again. Aldis Hodge, known for starring in Leverage, was again sub par. There were a several scenes with both I reckon the TV stars could of acted differently. Robert Knepper, known for starring in Prison break, While I have seen him in other series and movies, he is an actor that doesn't maintain his character from Prison Break which is good to see him in it although his time was short. Directing was only sub par. Fight scenes were a bit slow and camera work all over the place and sometimes hard to see due to dark area and lighting from background gets in the way. Overall, I give this 6/10. If you just want a thriller action and don't mind a weak plot, then give this ago. Movie like this really should've had someone else cast as Jack Reacher and went straight to netflix.

Upon switching channels, I came upon Monsuno.

Japanese anime has a quality. Mouth movements, body language, action scenes, etc.

This shows that the creators are anime fans and try to draw like Japanese people but lack the quality. Looks too cheap and try-hard.

Couldn't stand watching it. Americans need to stay with American style cartoons. Never will they ever get close to the quality Japanese people create. Same with 3D animation.

Story, action scenes, speaking, special effects look like crap in Monsuno. Not worth my time.

Finally I got to see FFVII: advent children on Sep 13th and was not disappointed. Square-enix japan knew what they were doing when they made this - to be like the game and being a "fantasy" with sword fights, energy blasts, fighting etc. Square USA made spirits within which was a total failure and since then they have shutdown the USA branch.

Anyway, the movie was very entertaining and I say it is best if you had played the game first to get a bit of knowledge of what is going on. Certainly about geostigma, sephiroth, and a bunch of other stuff. Very good CGI and the story was good but some bits i got lost in between. Possibly because i cannot remember much about the game.

I gave a 8/10 because there are some things that should have been more in it, such as more fight scenes with yuffie, barrett, vincent, red xiii. Also the use of materia more. The plot is OK but has some lacking

Oh well..it went for 90-100 mins so i cannot complain. It is still good and worth watching. mainly for the action and beautiful CGI. I hope they make more.

Austalia again tries really hard to make a good sketch comedy but still does not make it.

Years ago with fast forward and full frontal, they were funny. But now with sketch show comedies as comedy inc, skit house and big bite have really gone downhill. skit house and big bite both had only 1 or 2 good sketches but the rest was pathetic. Comedy inc was crap all together. I am glad skit house and big bite are not on anymore and have learnt their lesson that they are not funny.

I decided to watch the late shift because nothing else was on. After 10 mins of it, i could not stand it anymore. The jokes are stupid, not funny at all, sometimes they go over the top on the jokes and do not know when to stop. it just drags on and on and on. Also really bad impersonations of celebrities.

If you want Aussie shows with funny humor, watch shows with shawn micallef in it.

The writers of these Aussie sketch shows should be fired or should learn from the British on how their sketch shows are really funny such as "the sketch show" "deadringers" "the fast show" etc.

This sketch show sometimes has 1 or 2 good jokes in it...and thats it. The rest is pathetic, unfunny and crap. I tried to give this show a try...about 2-3 times i have watched it and only wasted my life.

Big bite, comedy inc and skit house are the sketch shows of Australia and are all lousy and crap. skit house takes the jokes too far and do not know when to end the sketch even after the punch line is givin. Comedy inc are just try hards that is not funny at all and Big Bite just has 1 or 2 good jokes. The rest is just plain.

These shows are designed for simple minded people who have a low sense of humour. Australians do not know how to make comedies and are just wasting there time making these shows. For good comedy sketches, watch 'The sketch show' and 'The fast show' from the UK. They have one joke after another and the British know how to make comedies. Once a joke is givin the punch line, on with the next sketch.

This sketch show sometimes has good has alright jokes in it but mainly the jokes are plain and pathetic.

Australians do not know when to end a joke...mainly in this joke, they continue on and on. For example: Scene: hospital. The camera is zoomed in on a guy who is walking towards forward (towards the camera) and says "When I became a nurse, people started questioning my sexuality" camera moves out showing him wearing a nurses outfit and stockings. - that was funny and that was the punch line. End of the joke, move onto the next. But it didn't. he continued talking and talking and went to an old guy saying "you wanna spank me dont u". That was stupid and pathetic and ruined the joke.

It was made for simple minded people with a low sense of humour.

I will give this a 3/10...Best to avoid watching this show

Futurama is pretty good series which sometimes is funny and sometimes just plain. I don't know why people are bagging it. i.e. that scottish person mac...(something).

Futurama is a 2D CG animation that is about a delivery-boy-loser named Fry who gets frozen until the year 31st dec 2999 where he eventually becomes a delivery boy in that era. His crew consists of a cyclops named leela, Amy - a girl from Mars, Dr zoidberg - lobster, Hermes - a jamaican guy and his nephew (who is an old guy).

Made by the creator of The simpons which is another good show, is a good and funny show to watch and like some series, they always have their ups and downs. Some episodes will be good and funny, some won't.

I give it 7.5/10

A great british comedy full of short quick-witted sketches. One great joke after another. Sometimes it has its downs where a sketch drags on and wasn't funny. But most of the time it is hilarious.

I recommend watching this for a good comedy rather than the boring Australian sketch shows that only has ONE or TWO ..soso jokes such as Skithouse, comedy inc and big bite. Those are the worst sketch shows that drag a sketch on and on. They don't know when to end the joke. Most the time when the "punch line" comes in they still continue on with the sketch draining it out of its joke.

A good sketch will have the "punch line" and quickly on to the next like this series.

I guess DEANNE must be a woman because most girls don't have a sense of humor and to compare good british comedy with full frontal and fast forward, she must be an idiot. Fast Foward was a good sketch show, Full frontal was an alright sketch show - and thats the ONLY good sketch shows that eventually came from Australia.

But british sketch shows kills over australian sketch shows any day. Watch this series, its pretty funny and people should judge shows by ONLY watching it once. Some days its really funny, sometimes it will probably be dead. I watched skithouse, comedy inc and big bite about 3-5 times....what a waste of time and tv space that was.

This is one of Jackie Chan's best films. A good display of his acrobatics and fight skills at the beginning of the film to fighting 4 woman with high heels at the end. This was my first Jackie Chan film I saw that made me watch his other films.

The basic story is that an evil cult who wants all 5 pieces of the armor of god(I can't remember why they want it) knows only one person who is able to get the pieces, the "asian hawk"(Chan). They only have 2 pieces of the armour and to get Jackie to get the other 3 pieces, they kidnap his former girlfriend, lorelei(Kwan) who he still has feelings for, even though his best friend,Alan(tam) is dating her. Jackie and Alan must work together to try and find the armour and save her.

I recommend watching the original 94min version in Chinese(with english subtitles of course) than the u.s. english dubbed 86min version. Also this movie is where Jackie nearly died - Jumping to a tree on which the branch broke and fell onto a rock.

A good humoreous martial art film with alright fight scenes and a not bad plot. 8/10 for me. Recommended mainly for Jackie chan fans.
