The movie needed to be dark.

Character growth was non existent.

Do you like any of the other crap movies like monster alligators vs monster snakes ???

Well you are in luck, this is exactly the kind of movie you want to watch except it is high budget !!!

This movie has nothing to do with Godzilla 1998.Whole different story. whole different approach.

Not to mention that if you skip the first 30 minutes of the movie, you are still okay !!!

At the end , the 2 points where only for the cgi and graphics, awesome job. Godzilla was great, looked real and alive.

recommendation: Rent, Not worth the movie ticket.

I cant believe that this film got more than 6/10 rating , to even see 8.8/10 is utterly ridiculous. The story line is just cut and paste scenes . The villain is weak.

OK now pause a minute , add all of the above to a bunch of funny clips that we all watch in the extras in the DVD version, but instead these clips are placed in the middle of intense (action/in the mood to fight) battle scenes, that will completely drop your focus, I mean just when you are starting to like the film and get into the mood and into the story you get interrupted by some stupid (I guess funny) clip that we could have avoided.

Other than that, if you watched transformers you are not missing anything, just some blow ups that you loose count of at the end of the film.

Some good visual effects, mixed with comedy. Multiple sex scenes and nudity. . .

But ultimately the plot is lacking, extremely predictable, oh and guess what its all 3D, and again I had to put those annoying scopes just to see like 10 minutes of exciting 3D animation !

My Rating is 4, rent in a weekend when your bored maybe this movie will appear exciting and thrilling, but there are better movies in the theaters.

Oh and p.s: Amber Heard is really hot, Nicholas cage isn't doing his best.

I never watched the original Green Hornet, so basically my review wont be based on comparison.

I found this movie to be entertaining, its a typical light-Action-Comedy film, which you don't have to put your brain to work to understand the plot.

But if your not a Seth Rogen Fan (or you find his character in his other movies revolting and not-funny) i don't recommend you watch this,cause the Green Hornet Character is basically Seth Rogen Wearing a Green Mask.

I am not gonna go through the other characters cause they were average, and as i said its a "light" action comedy, just enjoy the film, its has many laughter scenes and the story is pretty good.

Oh and as far as 3D, it really should have been a 2D. Not that much of a film filled with visual Effects and graphics.

My overall rating is 6.5, necessity to watch is not crucial, you can push it to a weekend if you are a real movie Geek :D .
