Breach (2020)
Colossal waste of time. Can't believe Bruce Willis agreed to doing this film!!
Holy crap.... this was utterly ridiculous. I rarely ever write reviews for movies, but I was compelled to spread the word about how just plain horrible this one was... I am a huge fan of Bruce Willis which is why I stuck it out for the entire duration, but I just can't believe he took a movie like this. I think the budget for this entire film was like $15 bucks. I wish I could rewind time and never watch this train wreck. Someday many years from now I'm going to be laying on my death bed wishing I had never wasted my precious time on such a disaster of a movie... I just can't stop thinking about how bad this was... it's like I need to wash it down with something else.
Encounter (2018)
Really quite horrible...
Was the budget for this film like $350.00? How in Gods name did I just sit through this whole thing?? I guess I saw the Hemsworth guy and thought it would have to be at least marginally decent.... Nope. Honestly the 2 Stars was kinda for pity. And Holy cow... talk about a weird freaking ending. My advice is to watch paint dry instead of this mess. That is all.
Age of the Living Dead (2018)
What did I just watch.....
I can't even believe I actually sat through the first episode watching this garbage. The acting is so poor, and the script is just bad. I rarely give any series or movie a 1 star rating, but this just deserved it.
Little Fires Everywhere (2020)
Great Series! Rated a 9 due to Kerry Washington
This series kept me interested throughout and I enjoyed the twists. Lots of diversity in character types and acting styles. I felt the characters played by the kids were done well especially acting with a 90's type feel. The only reason I had to rate the series a 9 was due to Kerry Washington as she only has 3 different facial expressions and I cannot stand any of them.
The Reliant (2019)
Who paid these people to rate this movie a 10* ???
The idea behind the film was decent. But sadly that's where the positive part of my review ends. The acting is atrocious, timeline is goofy, realism was laughable, and the handling of firearms was disgraceful. This movie could have been over at 34 minutes, but sadly it tortured me for another 80 minutes and I still can't believe that I allowed the film to play to the end. How did this train wreck win any sort of award? Is there an award for "Most ridiculous fight scene" because if so the one around 37 minutes where the guy slips while doing a roundhouse kick and lands head first on a broken bottle would definitely get my vote!! My advice is to get as far away from this movie as you possibly can! Ever since I watched this nonsense, I just can't help but think of these actors... and how they will have this on their resume for the rest of their short lived careers. But in all seriousness; There is No flipping way that someone could rate this a 10!! Anyone who has given this film a 4 or above is an absolute Liar! They must've been paid off.
Extraction (2020)
High Intensity, Action Packed, & Tactically executed
This film really delivered in terms of Action scenes and fighting. I was very impressed with the cast in this film and enjoyed Chris Hemsworth as a character. The ending was very strange and kind of left me scratching my head, but overall I Remembered that I watched this movie because I wanted to see Action. LoL. There have been a lot of comments about "Racism" and the portrayal of Bangladesh etc... I just want to remind you that this is a cinematic work of fiction! If you're going to rate movies on how realistic the cities look and become overly critical at how accurate the culture is etc, then I really think you need to reconsider even watching films like this in the first place... I say great work on delivering an enjoyable Action Packed Film with talented actors, realistic looking fight scenes, & well executed stunts that keep you on the edge of your seat the whole way thru.
The Assignment (2016)
Might be the worst movie..... Ever.
Seriously?? We could all tell that the dude was a chick from the very beginning of the film. Even walked like a woman. So there was a somewhat decent cast including Sigourney Weaver...but other than that I would've given this a 1 star. I just felt really strange watching this, and I felt like the entire movie was based on some sort of political agenda. Do yourself a favor and avoid wasting your time on this film.
The Irishman (2019)
I love em but they're just too old....
It's impossible to show DeNiro or Pesci as their younger selves. It's so strange that it's often hard to pay attention to the actual storyline. The story just isn't that good either sadly... CGI can't create miracles. Understand that this is not your typical Martin Scorsese Mob film, but instead a way to bring back the old crew for one last chance to work together. Not good, don't waste your time, it's so bad that you will watch it for an hour before giving up.
