Love at first viewing!
16 October 2004
I am so in love with this movie! I'm a writer and I adore William Shakespeare's work. This movie was truly amazing because I feel like it didn't take a perfectly wonderful story line and turn it into complete crap.

It was real and (in my opinion) a timeless story.

I do believe that the casting was done perfectly. Joseph Fiennes was so completely HOT in this movie. Not only was he sexy, he is a great actor and fit the character perfectly. In this movie, Will Shakespeare was supposed to be handsome and he was well with the ladies when he found the time. Joseph Fiennes fit the profile perfectly. His entire on-screen presence was the highlight of the movie. The way that he and Gwyneth Paltrow worked together was like they had known each other for awhile and they were really in love. They just had this amazing chemistry and it made the movie so much more enjoyable to watch than so many of the other movies where (I feel like) people are struggling to work together.

I know there were other people in this movie, and I'm not forgetting that at all. I'm simply commenting on my favorite actors from the movie. I like that the ending wasn't really corny. It was real. It felt like it really could've happened. If it were my life, I would have fought tooth and nail to stay with Will Shakespeare, but in that time period it was impossible to do so. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie and I am looking to buy it. I would highly recommend this movie to anyone with a romantic side, or someone who needs to be reminded what a truly good movie looks like.

Even Stevens (2000–2003)
I can't stop laughing!
10 December 2003
I can't stop laughing during this show! watching Even Stevens is the most hilarious 30 minutes of my day. Shia and A.J. make the show fun for the girls to watch. In an extreme sense, it allows an insight to the inner workings of the teenage boys' mind. Christy Carlson-Romano adds a fun flair as well, because her character Ren often foils the boys' plans. Her love life is often a mess, and Louis seems to sense that. He initially seeks to rub more salt in the wound, but ends up consoling Ren in the end. He has a huge heart, that is often misunderstood until the very end of the episode, and we are left loving Louis (until the next time).

Pleasantly Surprised
9 December 2003
This movie is wonderful! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I liked it. My little brother came home from school raving about it, and I was convinced that this would be just another dorky educational movie. Ten minutes into the movie, I was hooked. Not only is Heath Ledger incredibly gorgeous, he's very talented. I was impressed with how successfully the cast and crew melted together the elements of realism and utter fantasy. The story line was fun and didn't jump all over the place, and the characters were lovable, and believable. I actually felt Sir William's pain as he was informed that he had forfeited, and was to be arrested. I felt his pain when he was ripped from his father, and sent to live with a strange man in a strange land far from home, and again I felt for him when he learned of his father's blindness. Jocelyn was incredibly beautiful and kind. She had a strong will, and refused to succumb to any man. Her love for Sir William was pure and unadulterated. The ending was as it should have been, with love and justice prevailing. I did love the music as well. It was interesting and spiced up the already wonderful movie.

One Tree Hill (2003–2012)
I'm in love
8 November 2003
I am in love with this show. I absolutely adore Chad Michael Murray, and am so glad I made the time to sit down and watch this show on its' premiere night. I haven't missed an episode since. This show is full of lessons for teens with a crappy attitude towards life, and it doesn't hurt that Chad is one of the characters teaching us these lessons. Yes, the story line is a little crazy and hectic, but deep down, there is a lot of love between characters. Hilarie and Chad look wonderful together on screen and have an undeniably great chemistry. James and Chad have a good chemistry as well, and I can't wait to see how their relationship evolves. I am hoping that they will become better friends. I wouldn't miss an episode for any reason. I am obsessed, and I'm perfectly alright with that.

Obsessed Completely
8 November 2003
I am obsessed completely with this show. It's funny, dramatic, romantic, and incredibly interesting. I can't stop watching this show because if I miss even one episode, I would miss so much. It moves quickly, but I find it easy to comprehend. Adam, Mischa and Benjamin are all beautiful people and talented actors. Had this show been cast with different people, I think it would not have done as well. Adam is a little quirky, Benjamin is just hot, and Mischa is gorgeous, and did I mention that they are all talented? I definitely would recommend this show to everyone.

Obsession
8 November 2003
I admit it! I am absolutely obsessed with Chad Murray's career. I follow his work, and adore him. I think he is so fun and cute. Chad added a great element to the movie. His character was bouncing back and forth throughout the movie, and I really felt for him. I actually found myself feeling sorry for his character, at one point. Jamie Lee Curtis was absolutely wonderful in this movie. She was fun, cute and incredibly talented. I disliked her character in the beginning, but by the end of the movie I really liked her, and wanted her and Anna (Lindsay Lohan) to continue with their close relationship they had developed. The part of the movie that I was most impressed with was the part where Anna and her mother began to understand each other, and they gave the ultimate sacrifice for each other. This version of the movie is definitely very different from the original, but I found myself enjoying this one more than the original. This movie was funny, sweet, romantic, and had a great group of actors. I would recommend this movie to any mother and daughter going through a rough time, as well as any teenage girl with a crush on Chad Murray. Truthfully, I would recommend it to anyone. I loved this movie!

Matthew Lawrence is hilarious!
8 November 2003
I am a huge fan of Matthew Lawrence, and I decided to watch this movie based solely on the fact that he is in it. I really didn't think that I would like it, but I laughed until I cried when I watched this movie. It was hilarious! Everything about this movie was just plain crazy. Rob Schneider was a comical genius. He really convinced me that he was a young woman stuck in a man's body. The voice, the mannerisms...all of it was just really convincing. He must have had to do a lot of "painful" research. All of the other actors and actresses were great, too. They added a fun element to the movie.

My favorite part of the movie would definitely have to be the part where Rob's character chases Matthew's character Billy around, trying to convince him that he is in fact Jessica, stuck in that body.

Normally, I wouldn't watch a movie based on who is in it, but I am really glad that I chose to rent this one. I would recommend this movie to anyone having a bad day, or even to someone who hasn't had a good laugh in a long time.

Just Married (2003)

Cute Chick Film
1 November 2003
Just Married is the kind of cute film that you would watch during a sleepover with the girls, or when you find yourself crushing on Ashton or Brittany. I think that this movie has SOME realistic qualities to it, but overall, I think it is basically just a really fun movie. Don't judge this movie for what it isn't...judge it for what it is. I would recommend this movie to all of the females in my life. I think it would be funny to recommend to an engaged couple, just to show them an extreme interpretation of what a honeymoon could be like.

Goofy Kid Movie
1 November 2003
This movie is really goofy! I saw it as an 11 year old, and even then I thought it was pretty ridiculous! I would only recommend this film to kids under the age of 12. I really didn't care for it, but I do think that it answers some very good questions that kids need to be aware of, such as: 1)Does money buy happiness? 2)Should I lie (to my parents) about things I think they wouldn't approve of? 3)Does money buy friendships? 4)Is money everything? 5)Shouldn't I tell my parents when someone is trying to hurt me? Granted, these are very unrealistic situations, but I do think that if parents discussed these issues with their children, maybe they should watch this video as well, in order to show/scare their kids that lies have the potential to get you hurt.

Now and Then (1995)
Love at first viewing!
30 October 2003
I love this movie! I saw it when it came out, at a friend's house when I was 12. It's definitely my favorite childhood movie. The characters are true to life; they're not all the typical gorgeous Hollywood actors, and the story line is really believable. Obviously, it could've been better, but it was good enough.
