Wow is the only word I can use to describe this movie. The movie starts off somewhat slow but is done in a way that is meant to be slow and starts to progress into what I consider one of the hardest movies to watch. I knew it was supposed to be pretty disturbing and unbearable but I didn't expect it to be as bad as it was. As disturbing as it was and unlike other movies of its type it actually had a pretty good story and great acting. In short I think it was a great movie but I don't think I could watch it again due to the impact it left on me well after the ending. 8 out of 10.

I am going to say I have seen some pretty bad movies. This one was bad. I actually fell asleep during it which I have never done before in any movie in my life.

The first segment was the only reason this got a 4. The rest of them were just horrendous and seemed to last way longer than they should have. Not only were they not scary they were super bland and boring.

I wouldn't recommend this to anybody unless you only watch the first segment.

The only reason I decided to watch this was because I was informed it was sick,deranged,horrific etc. and of course love being disgusted. It does take a lot to gross me out and I hate to admit it but I was grossed out by parts of this. It took a while to find this but at least all the time didn't go to waste. If you are looking to be grossed out or want something interesting or are surprisingly a necrophiliac I would suggest this movie. Not for people who are easily grossed out or people who aren't into the genre. All in all it was an okay movie but the gross factor was pretty up there. 6 out of 10 from me.

I just finished this movie after putting it off for weeks. Being born in the 90's I was hesitant as I haven't found many movies I like that are from that time period. I went it understanding some consider it to be the best horror movie ever and can see why people think that after watching it. Now it isn't a slasher or a gore-hound movie but it was a classical horror movie. It is very entertaining and the acting is great for a horror movie. If you are skeptical about watching this I would definitely recommend doing it. It was a great movie from beginning to end and I would definitely watch it again. I give "The Exorcist" a 9 out of 10.

I have seen the name many many many times and gave in and watched it expecting not a lot but I was very impressed actually surprised it isn't more popular than it is.Don't start this expecting to get a movie of the year outcome but to get a few laughs. I loved the fact a few of the cast in the Hatchet movies were in this and that made it even more enjoyable for myself. Joe Lynch (Wrong Turn 2)and Adam Green (Hatchet) both showed they have a humorous side and know how to put it in film. This is definitely going to be purchased in the near future. I give this an 8 out of 10.

I remembered seeing the second one some time ago and saw this on Netflix and just had to watch it! Robert Englund (Freddy) is the perfect person to play the Mayor and quite funny while being serious. Originally I wanted to see these for the blood but they are hilarious while being bloody. This movie isn't meant to be taken serious or to be a horror movie as some people have it listed but as a way to have fun with some violence. The story is played great and ALL the characters are awesome. The only thing is I saw the ending coming but I figured that it had to happen to have a closing. I gave this a 7 out of 10.

After hearing about Sinister from about everybody on God's green Earth I caved and rented it on the PSN store and was glad I only rented it. "Sinister is the scariest movie ever!" Really? I remember the trailers looking scary and like something that would make me look over my shoulder but the outcome was nothing more than a thriller movie. The first half of the movie was promising and made me go "Maybe this is going to be a good horror movie" then it took a turn. A bad one at that. Not only is the guy not scary he is not somebody you will remember when trying to sleep or take a shower. The ending was absolutely predictable and was not surprising at all which was really bad in my honest opinion. I am not saying it isn't creepy because it is but it isn't scary or something that will cause nightmares. I give "Sinister" a 5 out of 10.

After hearing about this from a lot of people as being a gruesome and disturbing movie I finally decided to watch it and was actually disappointed in it. I was expecting way more violence and things that would make me turn my head but instead got what seemed to be like an early version of Tokyo Gore Police. I do enjoy the gore and what not but not when it is so fake and obvious. I really was expecting something that would faze me in the slightest. Maybe I am just desensitized or extremely messed up. I would not buy this but I guess it was okay in general.

I just got out of the theater and I am so happy about this movie. I have been waiting since Afterlife for this and they did a fantastic job on Resident Evil: Retribution! This might not make sense to people who didn't start by playing the games as they brought characters from the video game series which I also loved. If you played the video games this will be a lot of fun for you. If not you will still love the story of it. The visual effects were absolutely amazing and looked beautiful. The sound effects were exactly the same and made the movie that much better. Milla Jovovich is back as Alice and is still as great as the first Resident Evils. This movie was done perfectly and I loved that it was more involved with the Video Game series yet still part of the movie. I will be going to see this again for sure before it is out of theaters.

I give Resident Evil: Retribution a 9 out of 10.

This is a movie I have wanted to see for a long long time and finally found it and was so stoked. Not only was it amazing it was 10 times better than I hoped it would be. The idea of this movie is something I have not only not seen but something I have even thought about. You hear all the stuff about bullying yet nothing is done and the victims take it into their own hands. It is absolutely brilliant and was preformed outstandingly. The actors/actresses did a fantastic job and were all quite believable. I had people I wanted to live and people I just wanted done with and that is exactly what I look for. This could have been WAY more gory but it was just the right amount to make it a great movie. This is a movie I will be buying and watching over and over in time. This movie is in my top 10 of all time.

I give "The Final" a 9 out of 10.

I was sort of iffy about watching this due to the rating and such and I try not to watch trailers or read reviews so I don't get my hopes up but decided to watch the trailer and was surprised. The beginning of the movie is slow but is done excellently. The story line was a great idea and was also done great. The kill scenes were not gory or gruesome but I let it slide. I for once didn't expect the ending or the killer in a foreign horror movie and was glad I didn't. To cut it short this was a great way to spend some time and I would love to watch it again. I give "Shadow" an 8 out of 10.

I was putting this movie off due to the low ratings on IMDb and I was quite surprised on how much I did enjoy this. The main reason I watched this was for Christopher Titus ( Who I found from comedy specials ) and was interested in seeing him in a horror movie let alone play a serious person. He did a great job playing Jeff and I was very impressed how he went from funny to serious in this movie. Although I figured out the killer pretty early on I still enjoyed this movie. I do love violence and gore so that might be why but I did like the actors/actresses as well. All in all great movie. I give "Scar" an 8 out of 10.

Dumb and Dumber came out the year I was born so even after 18 years it is still the funniest movie I have ever seen in my life. This movie has the potential to be the funniest movie I will ever see and one of the best movies in general. I have seen this many many MANY times at least 20 even if you have seen it before it is still just as funny as the first time you see it. Every line is quotable and fun to bring up with friends. You can watch this movie with anybody and have a fantastic time laughing together. I recommend this movie to everybody looking to laugh out loud! I give "Dumb and Dumber" a perfect 10 out of 10!

Borderland was absolutely stunning to me and I really loved it. I was contemplating watching it due to the Average rating on IMDb but I decided to watch it on Netflix and it was a great choice. This movie is factual and is based on a true story about Adolfo de Jesus Constanzo which did make this more interesting than most horror movies I have seen. This movie isn't a typical horror movie that just kills people to kill but is a big part of the movie and makes perfect sense. Some might be disturbed by the opening scene but the rest of the movie is totally worth it. The intense scenes in this movie made me get antsy and I love the feeling of thrill and excitement in a movie and this had a lot of it. I will be watching this many more times in the future for sure. I give "Borderland" a 9 out of 10.

I just saw a scene of this in a music video and I couldn't find out what it was for the life of me until now and I am so glad I spent my time finding it. Although in French this movie was genius and had a fantastic story line. I loved the characters good and bad. Everybody did a fantastic job acting their parts out. This movie is very VERY entertaining from start to finish and quite intense at times. Quite violent at times but not overdone as in some movies. This movie is an amazing example of French Horror Movies and I absolutely LOVED it. Bottom line is this will be one of my favorite all time movies no doubt. I give Frontier(s) a 9 out of 10

I rented this movie last night and watched it with some friends of course in 3-D and although the 3-D wasn't all that great it was still a lot of fun. The 3-D added a lot of "OOH and AHH" moments and a few jumps but the glasses got annoying... Put that aside and you have a pretty great horror movie. Some twists and a lot of great kill scenes. Some may make you turn in disgust but they aren't that bad in general. This movie was fun to share with others and the story was easy to follow and the characters were iffy but good. This is a fun movie to watch and still enjoyable at the same time. All in all I loved this movie. I give "My Bloody Valentine" an 8 out of 10.

This was another movie that Neflix had listed under Horror films so I figured I would watch it. This is one of those movies that feels like it is longer than it actually is and is actually somewhat difficult to sit though. It isn't that it wasn't good at all it's that I didn't really care for the characters. As in I didn't care who died and who lived. Also this movie was quite predictable and I didn't really get shocked from anything in it which is never good in a Horror movie in my honest opinion. Although I didn't give this a high rating I still liked some parts. I give "Blackout" a 5 out of 10

I am one who usually watches horror movies with as much gore as I can get but I saw this on Netflix and saw the outrageous IMDb score so I decided to watch this and was glad I did. Although it is a far step from my usual enjoyment I thought this was a sweet movie and I did enjoy it quite a bit. I enjoyed the story from start to finish as it played together very nicely and added the teen romance in it at the same time. If you don't mind reading subtitles while watching the movie you should enjoy this. If you can't multitask you should learn Swedish so you can watch this. It is totally worth watching even if you aren't into the Romance type of movies. I give "Let The Right One In" an 8 out of 10.

I just finished this movie right now and I must say... This is another fantastic job done by John Carpenter. This movie was very interesting and entertaining at the same time which I don't find much. This is a movie that you really have to pay a lot of attention while watching to understand the full story. I thought I knew what was coming in the movie but after a while I realized I had no idea whatsoever which I also enjoyed. This wasn't exactly scary but it was very good nonetheless. I would recommend watching this but you need to pay attention. I did like this movie and would possibly purchase it. I give The Ward a 8 out of 10.

Hatchet is one of my favorite movies and I absolutely loved the second one just as much as the first. This movie starts off exactly where the first one ended and they put it together perfectly. Tamara Feldman has been replaced with the amazing and beautiful Danielle Harris! She is such a great horror actress and although she wasn't in the first Hatchet she still plays the part excellently. Hatchet 2 has almost triple the kills and over 130 gallons of stage blood to make this one extra juicy! This movie shows the life before and after Victor Crowley was born and you find out a lot about him that you didn't know before which is a great thing in my honest opinion. The kill scenes are still creative and fun to watch over and over. I absolutely love Adam Greene for making Hatchet and I cannot wait to see how Hatchet 3 turns out and fits into the story. I give Hatchet 2 a 9 out of 10.

I have been wanting to watch this for quite awhile and finally got around to watching it and am impressed. It's something I haven't seen used before and thought it was done properly. Most of the stuff in it was of course demeaning to women as the Father is a Misogynist. Some might find this disturbing as I found the violence towards women to be a little much. Although it is disturbing it is a pretty good movie with some revenge behind it. I would recommend giving this movie a watch as it is something not commonly used in movies and done very well. I give The Woman a 7 out of 10.

I decided to finally watch Forget Me Not today and I must say it was better than I expected.

I enjoy all types of horror movies and I have seen quite a bit in my life and this is something new to me.

I haven't seen this type of story used in any horror movies I have seen yet and I did enjoy the plot and the characters were played nicely.

I gave this a 6 because some of it was predictable as most horror movies are but all in all I liked this.

Not sure if purchase worthy but for sure a rent.

I saw Ted with my Mom the day it came out but wasn't expecting much. What I got was one of the funniest movies I have seen in awhile and I really enjoyed it!

Seth MacFarlane is hilarious and did a very good job with the movie. Mark Wahlberg also did a great job and played his part well.

I will buy this movie for sure and I am thinking about seeing it again in the theater.

It might not be a good movie to see with kids but it is a good movie to see with older family members for a good laugh and a fun time.

I gave Ted an 8 out of 10.

I was browsing my Netflix and saw this but had no idea they made a third Hostel movie.

I was kinda iffy due to the fact it isn't directed by Eli Roth but still gave it a chance.

So as usual I sat down with my Girlfriend and turned it on. This is nothing like the first two in the series but isn't as bad as I thought.

Not as violent but had a few unexpected turns which I liked about the movie.

Not really worth buying but rent it after you see the first two Hostel movies.

I recently saw the first Laid To Rest film and loved it a lot and was thrilled about finding the second one and not only was it still the work of Robert Hall it had Danielle Harris (Hatchet 2).

I just finished and I am still loving the series of Chromeskull!

The story still played well and the actors did a great job.

This is now a contender of not only my favorite horror series but my favorite Kill Icon!

I cannot wait until Laid To Rest 3!

Must watch these in order though.
