Warning: Spoilers
How they mess up the ending a second time is beyond me and shows why some of the greatest shows are considered the greatest because they nailed thier endings!

Copshop (2021)

Topcop

Copshop with Frank Grillo and Gerard Butler is great and I loved it. At first I thought this was some straight to dvd stuff they do but then I saw Jeremy Jahns review and decided it give it a shot. The performances are great all round and the story and setting really gave me old school vibes that I can't describe. It's reminiscent of movies I saw as a kid which is the best way I can describe it. They handle a few things that I really appreciate the direction they took with it. After watching the movie I realized the director is the same guy who did Smokin Aces which is one of my favourite movies.

Red Notice (2021)
6/10
Red Flag
23 November 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Red Notice was alright. The movie has several moments where they want you to have suspension of disbelief and the script doesn't back it so they come off as frustrating than anything. The Interpol agent was extremely annoying and I couldn't stand her at all, Gal Gadot also has a lot of lines and jokes that fall really flat, I was rolling my eyes whenever she was on screen and I'm fully convinced now that she can't act. Why couldn't they write good female characters in the movie or give them good lines? Even Ryan Reynolds has jokes that didn't even make me smile just a disappointed look 😂. I was thinking watching this movie, will we ever get a heist movie as good or better than the Ocean's movies in our lifetimes? The dynamic between Rock and Ryan was good but it was nowhere near as good as say Crowe and Gosling in the nice guys or Rock and Stathem in the FF franchise. Still I enjoyed some moments between them and they were easily what made me continue to watch the movie with some enjoyment. Production was great with cool sets and visuals, music did the job I think they were going for a Indie feel with this movie. Okay that twist in the end was a 1/10 and 1 only because I didn't see it coming everything else was terrible about it. 10/10 I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Sabotage (2014)
8/10
Not David Ayer's best but worth a watch
28 March 2014
This movie is probably Arnold Schwarzenegger's best acted in a long time..It is more mystery thriller than an action packed one despite what the trailers led us to believe...The director uses Arnold really well and he has a lot of screen time despite that at times he doesn't seem like the main character..The supporting cast is strong but some actors do feel out of place..The unrecognizable Sam Worthington acts well and Joe Manganiello does good on his part

The plot is good and keeps you on the edge of your seats throughout..The action is the best part of the movie which is amazing and gruesome at the same time..The mystery is quit intriguing and keeps you guessing..The shooting and the deaths all seem quit real as there is no cgi involved which makes for a great viewing experience..If you have high expectations going in you'll be disappointed as this not the best of the director..overall this makes for a pretty good mystery thriller and you wont be unsatisfied

Man of Steel (2013)
10/10
Critics can go F themselves
15 June 2013
Man of Steel is simply the best superhero movie since The Dark Knight..the story is spot on, the cast is strong, its written well..

the action is just epic it simply beats the avengers last fight scene and superman does it alone..

Henry Cavill could use a bit more humor but thats fine..the CGI is best iv seen so far..they don't drag it anywhere, the pace is just right..Russell Crowe is fantastic and you don't feel any character loosely written like in most movies..and hanz zimmer just nails the music..it is just perfect

lastly Zack Snyder has just made one of the best superhero movie and this is definitely worth a second watch..!!

Ripper Street (2012–2016)
10/10
An excellent take on 1800 East London
20 February 2013
When i first saw this show it felt a lot like i was watching the Sherlock Homes movie..But i have to admit it's nothing like that

The Plot is managed superbly..The acting of all three lead men is just great..Not once it felt unnatural..Giving all three of them different back stories and their twisted personal lives is clever writing indeed..Different plots in every episode just keeps the audience hooked..Villains from episode to episode are also well written and the mystery just keeps you on the edge of your seat..

The sets of this show are just amazing and i was just hooked after the first Episode..This production from BBC is a fantastic piece of TV..You should definitely give this show a try .
