if you watch the TV show Modern Family and like the charisma of Sarah Hyland and wish you'd see her most often in the show , then you'll be pleased about this movie cause shes there the whole movie , its all about her .

shes so adorable and such a good actress with cute faces , you cant help but to like her .

the movie by itself is very decent , if you take it as it is ... a mean girl made for t.v . but it has a few laughs and the performance of sarah hyland made it very enjoyable .

overall i didn't felt like a waste 1:30 of my time , i even watched it twice

i rated 8 out of 10 for this type of movie , its no shawshank or one flew over the cuckoo nest but i rated accordly as what it is . a lightweight enjoyable Disney TV movie .

(OK i'm giving a 10 because for the type of movie .. its deserve a 10 as a comedy , its no shawshank , one flew over the cuckoo nest .. etc.. ) This movie was awesome for people of my generation .. if you graduate high school in the late 90's and your 29-30-31-32 , i think this movie will get you close to what you might be experiencing and feeling right now in your life . Life change .. even if you want it to be like old times .. but it isn't , no matter how hard you try to bring back a nostalgia . were not the same person as we were back then , and these high school /college party will never be the same . You cant fully recapture that moment anymore . i think this is what i liked about this movie , the show us the truth of what life is when your older . i really feel what the characters felt in the movie . Now if you watch American pie when you were 8-9 and your now 20-21 , you might not fully get what the characters lived and understand how they feel ( no offense there ) , but if your about the same age as the characters in the movies ( in the beginning of your 30's ) , you'll understand how they feel. specially when they get at the beach with the 18 y.o crowd and feel like they don't fit in , i totally understand how they felted cause it happen to me more than once . It's a whole new generation .

Like i said , there's a few humor parts that are nice, but overall , the human touch and hitting the point right about what you feel as an adult in early 30's .

I'm class of 1998 . my 10 years reunion was 2 years ago . so its been 12 years since the first American pie so i really connected with the characters as i'm their age .

great movie .. bring back nostalgia and i think hit the spot about how guys feel in their late 20's early 30's .

its not for everyone that expect toilet humor ( although their is some but not much ) . but its a nice movie if you like the originals 1-2-3 .

this end the series very well .

Although it was nice to see Lindsay lohan again in a movie ( i like her very much ) :) : the story is kinda lame and the acting is pretty bad . Still a few laugh but overall I'm disappoint . it looked very good from the trailer .

download the screener or rent if you like lohan but don't buy it .

This movie wont 'bring Lindsay lohan career to the top ' i wouldn't have see a theatrical release . Straight to DVD is what it deserve IMO .

very average .. and the acting is pretty bad ( except Lindsay ) still better than Hottie or nottie or other Paris Hilton flick .

Its rate 4.1 right now ... it deserve it IMO . maybe a 5 max .

Nowhere near as good as Mean girl or Just my luck . This is not a movie you want to watch twice .

• expect nothing while renting it , you may enjoy it .

• Not the same story as the first one , the guy is not lost and alone this time .

• lot of already seen before cliché - camera light while in north Korea make you think this country is lifeless and evil , yet the mountain and image are spectacular . but nothing new .

• the camera shake way too much ( as most of DTV movies ) , and some unnecessary background , camera effect make the movie hard to follow sometimes .

• slowdown action ( dtv cliché again ) - the plot has a lot of whole but still enjoyable , base on the 2004 event in north Korea ( making the plot more realistic about what wouold have happen ) still not that bad . i must say i enjoy it . the filming location were great and despite that the camera light was to give north Korea a lifeless look ...... the sight and mountain are great throughout the movie .

• ill give it a 5 or 6 out of 10 . but don't expect something new , a mixe of sum of all the fears , behind enemy line ( visual effect ) , tears of the sun etc... and other America saved the world movie . classic Hollywood cliché .

-in 1995-1996 ... "america saved the world" movies were meant to be "america saved the world " , but now .... they are trying to disguise it while the headline is still the same . assume it at least .

stop this phenemenon .... we don't need rapper in action movie .. and why does seagal movie have always the same cover ( him with a gun ) always in the same position ..... with a background that has absolutely nothing to do with the movie ( an helicopter exploding near a bridge when the movie is in the jungle :) ..... please stop it ... and stop this duo rapper/action movie actor ..... that is boring and doesn't work . ticker , half past dead , the foreigner , etc... stop making those .... seagal keep your money and try to make 1 good of 50 millions instead of 5 bad of 10 millions . try to reach the theater :). I'm the biggest action movie lover and seagal deceive me more and more
