Still
This drama is still and poetic. It is a slow, warm and exquisite story that lands in your heart. This is not for binging, it is simply to thoughtful and profound. It gives perspective On ordinary life and at the same time it tells us about the extraordinary people that fill this life and their destiny. Beutiful.

Oh the Chemistry!
OK. So this series has to be described in more than one way. As a medical drama it is so so. As a romantic drama it is better but not perfect. But when it Comes to the chemistry between the two main characters this drama has one of the most amazing one out of all K-dramas I watched. The chemistry is palpable and the attraction between the leads is constantly steaming. If you Ask me this makes watching this series worthwhile. Don't misunderstand, I liked this drama, I really did. It's just not the best drama I've ever watched. But the tension between the two main leads does the trick and takes this series to another level!

This is so well done!
Oh wait! This is something else! Something New and exciting and wonderful and funny and smart. It ticks all the boxes but it also adds new boxes that create new demands for series to come. Humoristic and intelligent with a fabulous female lead backed up by an equally fabulous male lead and an amazing chemistry between them. This drama feels fresh and modern and it actually touches some of the more provocative questions about social structures today. Excellent! Lean back and Enjoy the ride!

Well done!
Oh this drama hit me like an arrow through the heart. I am a grown ass woman but I'm still touched by this love story. It is for sure a classic Chinese drama, at least when it comes to the theme and the characters. But it has such a wonderful portrait of friendship it actually makes me miss my own friends although I have them close. It's warm and lovely and light and even though it has parts describing loss and sadness it is throughout an amazing love story. Well done!

Uneven
This is an uneven drama at it's best And an extremely frustrating one at its worst. The female lead as one of the most frustrating characters I have come across. She simply has no edge. The attraction between the two main leads is fabulous at the start but it's way too little focus on this attraction and the love between them. Since this drama is so uneven I cannot give it a very good score. I am sorry to say but, except for the occasional kissing scene , it is not rememberable or remarkable.

Cute and traditional
Silly, cute and traditional K-drama for undevoted watching. Plot line is a classic and though it is fun it is also very frustrating. But sure. If you don't want the deep connection and just want some easy entertainment. This is it.

Love
Ok. Wow. So...I could write a bit about the unevenness of Chinese dramas. (I am still primarily a K-drama enthusiast). But I'm not going to. This is not an uneven drama at all. It's heavy and light and beautiful and ugly. It's funny and heartwarming and lovely. It's sad and dusted with anxiety and Loss. It's filled with every emotion connected to new love, love lost and love rekindled. This drama touches deep down but keeps the pace and the essence at the same time. This drama is not at all action filled but a beautifully told story about young love, mature love and the life that happens when years pass by. It lets you care for, not only the lead couple, but also for the supporting roles in a remarkable and unusual way. With this lovely and talented cast The writers managed to tell a story Sprinkled with not only intrigue and humor but also with important questions and factors in today's society such as domestic violence, Strong female role models, the value of the female sex, divorce and the view of the single woman raising a child on her own. Though these markers weren't the main storyline per se it's always refreshing and uplifting to come across these more, perhaps, provocative perspectives on social structures in Asian dramas. Because I am me, and this is how I do things in life, I've binged it and it was a lot of hours, but so very worth it.

Love this! I read a lot of so-so reviews of this drama before watching and so there was som apprehension on my part before starting out. But MAN was I rewarded! I've treated Korean dramas as opium for some time now and although I have watched a respectable number of them I can honestly say this is a favorite! I am also a sucker for the difficult and introverted personality so I guess this really suited me! It helps that the male lead is crushingly handsome and the chemistry between the two leads are amazing! Some people say this drama is slow, but Since I watched a lot of dramas in this category I can honestly say this drama is not slow at all. I am also a sucker for happy endings and this drama sure has a very happy ending! This is a Series to binge and enjoy!

This. Is. The. Best.
This is the most amazing and warm love story. I can not describe how this true-to-reality-acting and, without exception, fabulous series exploded in my chest, now nesting in my heart. This is a series that I return to time and time again. It provides hope, comfort, heart flutters, longing and, not to forget, an undoubtably excellent and absolutely gorgeous Gong Yoo. But the FL, Yoon Eun-hye, is freakin' mind blowing in her character interpretation! She is the star of this show. And the chemistry between the ML and FL is perhaps one of the most honest, interesting and intense in all the K-dramas I've experienced so far. The supporting cast and the stories they bring are full of feeling, heart and really down to earth. You cannot help to fall in love with them all! This story addresses many large and small obstacles, tabus and complications in society and in relationships between friends and lovers. It is truly amazing! For me this is the origin of well made Korean dramas, and all should strive to achieve this measure of perfection! Watch and enjoy! I am envious of all whom get to experience this series for the first time! Maybe this is the perfect reason for a true K-drama amnesia to set in! Temporary and selective of course! Daebak!

Super cute and lovely
Lovely, sometimes silly but always heart warming story with a classic K-drama theme. Actors are well matched for their characters and they bring life and feeling to this cute and romantic love story! An easy watch. Well done! Enjoy you guys!

Cute and ok!
An ok K-drama with somewhat different focus than the classic, although it still lurks in the background. The large focus on the visually pleasing and the sometimes obvious fat-shaming is a pity. The writers have tried to disguise this beauty-contest-love-story in the shroud of the ambition of health and fitness. But the existing standard and paradigm shines through and it is sometimes unnerving and uncomfortable. How this woman can not be seen as a true beauty, or even a woman really, until she achieves her "weight-goal" and becomes what she was like ten years ago. More acceptance, self love and humility towards aging and also change of body and soul would be desirable. But still not a bad drama, if not scrutinized too closely.

Lovely.
Cute, beutiful, warm, funnny and at times heart wrenching story. Loving the ML with all his excentricity and the supporting actors are fab. It's the kind of story that stays with you. Watch it and enyoy!

One of the best of all times.
Oh I have no words to express my uncontrollable and overwhelming amazement at this story, the actors and the concept. This is so real, crisp, dark and warm at the same time. It Is so different and yet it hits home like almost nothing else. Omg. Just sit down an watch this absolutely fantastic series! It's in my top three of all series of all times and from all over the world. My heart and soul is yours My Mister!

Oh It's over for me...I am done for.
There are not words enough to describe the exquisite and slowly trembling earthquake of greatness this drama represents. This is a true masterpiece in acting, directing, writing and costume. The settings are amazing, the atmosphere is otherworldly and you are forcefully enveloped in the utter magic, excitement, romance and sorrow the entire cast and production bring upon you. Like a raging storm of emotions, pounding hearts, tears and laughter, this drama blows you away and shakes you down to the very foundation of your being. This drama has it all. And more. It is heart wrenchingly sad as well as madly romantic, epic in storyline and humble in character development. There is action in motion but foremost there is action in the crisp stillness, masterful acting and amazing camera wielding. All perfectly enhanced by the fantastic musical score. The only thing missing is another ten, or so, episodes. This is a MUST on the watchlist.

It goes on and on and on...
This truly has the slowest and most frustratingly pointless progress of relationships I have ever encountered. If your life is filled to the brim with excitement and spark than perhaps this can be a study of mindfulness and a cognitive treatment for impatience. But I have barely gotten trough it so far (E14). Every step takes forever. And I've now resumed to brush my hair manically for the last 3 episodes out of frustration. It's not even the exiting, butterfly kind of frustration. It's pure boredom. And I have started to hate all the characters for their passiveness. The FL is the most frustrating character. She uses maybe two facial expression and mostly answers everything with a slightly scared and sad "what?!" Or simply a quiet "yes" or "no". The ML is not much better. He smiled for, perhaps, the first time 14 hours(!) in to the series. I am actually writing this as an episode is running as to save minutes of my life. Some topics addressed are very important and at times touching. Some of the supportive characters are well written and kind of lovely, but their stories don't get enough room and all is overshadowed by the oh so un-thrilling romance and intrigue amongst the Leads and the rest of the supportive cast. This is probably not doe to bad acting but bad character writing. Watch this drama if you long for boredom and need to practice patience. Otherwise maybe don't.
Mischievous Kiss (2010)
Run girl. RUN!
Randomly funny and cute drama with that old school K-drama feel (2010?). BUT, and this is a big one. This is a horrible story, with sad and distasteful characters in the leads. The lead characters are so utterly unlikeable that one wants to fast forward every other minute. The FL is simple minded, sweet and good hearted. But so unbelievably stupid it invokes physical pain. One is constantly amazed at how fully incapable she is. Her sole purpose in this entire drama is to speak like a child and put up with the ML's rudeness and plain mean behavior. She has no great development and really no fire. The actress is probably excellent but the character is seriously painful to watch. And I could do nothing but wish better for her and feel a deep sadness for a life prospect of abuse. The ML is horrible. He is cute, may be, but that is all. He, as well as the FL, has no significant development throughout the drama and keeps being a livid jerk towards his thought to be nemesis and to-be love interest. Somehow his spite is portrayed as a sign of his love for the FL (witch in it self is an insane message), but in my eyes he is nothing short of an abusive and insecure man with nothing but sorrow and heartache to offer his counterpart. He does not respect her, appreciate her and keeps on putting her down constantly. Shaming and publicly humiliating her repeatedly. Not to mention his abuse of position and power in being the recipient of one-sided love and outspoken affection throughout the drama. I started out with great hopes for a classic and silly/cute love story and ended up with a complete study in bad relationship manners. I would like to say RUN to the FL and seriously slap some sense into the ML. No attractiveness in the world makes up for his poor personality and lack of consideration. Perhaps he has some autistic spectra diagnosis that is not outed in the backstory, and if this had been the case the entire drama could have taken another more humble approach and given a more interesting storyline. But this does not seem to be the case. He simply is no good. Cut your losses girl and look for self fulfillment or love somewhere, anywhere, else. Some of the supporting characters were very enjoyable and the entire acting cast were excellent. The story and writing is the problem. Watch this if you like incredibly frustrating stories of relationships with abusive imbalance in power and affection as well as stupid girls and horribly mean guys. Otherwise I can not recommend it. At all.
Five Feet Apart (2019)
Heart wrenching
I have not cried this much to a movie since I was a teenager. I'm in my thirties now. Oh how my heart breaks for this beautiful story. Acting is wonderful and I will be shell-chocked for quite some time I believe. Thank you for that. We all need to come in absolute raw touch with emotion every now and then.
