School's Out! (1992)
Brilliant and powerful!!!
The first time I ever watched this movie was back in 1994 when I was living in a small town called Gildford located in the northern part of Montana. I watched the whole movie with one of my nephews and enjoyed it all the way through but I expected more after it came to its ending. I used to watch reruns of the Degrassi Junior High and Degrassi High episodes everyday when I got home from school while living in Gildford and I always loved and cherished those shows because of how enjoyable and true to life they were. I now own the complete series of Degrassi Junior High on DVD and I just received a brand new copy of the School's Out movie on VHS and after watching it once again after almost twelve years, it really is much better the second time around. It didn't exactly have the happiest of endings but that's what made the story so believably realistic. I absolutely love this movie and consider it a wonderful conclusion to the Degrassi Old School storyline.
I rest my case.

Out of Bounds (1986)
Marvelously awesome thriller with great style!!!
This movie has been a favorite of mine ever since I first saw it when I was seven years old. It was released in the summer of 1986 and I still remember being at a local video store with one of my brothers and noticing a movie poster for it displayed in one of the windows. When I realized that Anthony Michael Hall was the star of the show, I was astounded because everything else I had seen him in before Out Of Bounds was a comedy. Even though I was not permitted to watch anything R rated as far as my folks were concerned, my brother agreed to rent the movie for me so that we could watch it together while our parents weren't home. I watched it with him and loved every minute of it. Anthony Michael Hall's name in the movie was Daryl Cage and he was the heroic main character. The whole time I was hoping that he was going to conquer the bad guy as my pulse was pounding during the thrillingly intense scenes and I was relieved and happy when he did in the end. I must admit however, Anthony Michael Hall didn't do a very good job of acting in some parts of this movie but he was enjoyable to watch. Jenny Wright who played the part of Dizz was beautiful with her punk rocker hair style and sexy natural curves. Jeff Kober played Roy Gaddis who of course was the bad guy that killed Daryl's brother and sister in law. Jeff sure is a handsome guy and he did a fantastic job portraying the role of the scuzzy psychotic drug dealer. Another thing I love about the movie is the brief appearance by Siouxsie And The Banshees performing "Cities In Dust" in the Dirtbox Bar. All together this movie is exhilaratingly entertaining and one of the best ones I've ever seen. Out Of Bounds rocks!!!
Thelma & Louise (1991)
Absolutely wonderful and extraordinarily breathtaking!!!
Thelma & Louise is such a great movie with an enjoyable storyline and it truly is one of the best films I've ever seen. Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis were perfect for their roles and they both gave the film a fantastic performance. The excitement begins after the two of them go to a club to have a few drinks one night and when some guy befriends Thelma and asks her to dance, they begin dancing along with other patrons to country music while Louise goes to the bathroom. Thelma steps outside of the bar with the guy who asked her to dance and he sets her up onto the back of his car and tries to rape her after she refuses to kiss him. Louise appears behind the attempted rapist with a gun pointed at his head and demands him to let Thelma go. He takes his hands off of Thelma as she walks away and Louise begins walking in the same direction as her. At that moment, the guy makes a sexually crude remark to Louise which provocatively insults her and she shoots him dead with her hand-held gun. After that, the two of them leave the scene of the crime in Louise's 1966 Thunderbird while being followed by the cops. Thelma and Louise is thrilling and exciting all the way through and has such an intense yet tragic conclusion. One of the most amazing things about the story is the fact that Thelma and Louise have such an unbeatable friendship and they will stop at nothing to fight for their freedom.
Nighthawks (1981)
Sylvester Stallone's best movie ever!!!
Sylvester Stallone is a great action movie star and this film is most definitely the best one he ever starred in. He plays the role of an undercover cop from New York City named Deke DaSilva and he and his partner Matthew Fox played by Billy Dee Williams get assigned to go after an international terrorist named Wulfgar who is played by Rutger Hauer. Wulfgar is a renowned villain from a different continent who had his face changed by a plastic surgeon before arriving in New York City and Deke and Matt are the police officers assigned to figure out what he looks like now so that they can track him down and stop him. This movie has an intense thrilling surprise at the ending, so if you have never seen it before, then go rent it right away!! Nighthawks is an awesome action packed suspense thriller and it is Stallone's greatest movie yet!!
The Adventures of Ford Fairlane (1990)
The Dice Man kicks ass big time!!!
This is a really cool action packed comedy starring the foul mouthed womanizing comedian Andrew Dice Clay at his best!! In the movie he plays a hot shot rock and roll detective who goes on a case trying to find out who killed the lead singer of a rock band called Black Plague. He outsmarts a good number of villains in the movie played by guys like Wayne Newton and Robert Englund and goes out of his way to become the hottest heroic detective of the century. Other great cast members include: Ed O'Neill, Priscilla Presley, Gilbert Gottfried, Lauren Holly, Tone Loc, Pamela Segall, Maddie Corman, David Patrick Kelly, and Brandon Call. If you love Andrew Dice Clay or great action comedies with hilarious quotes, go rent The Adventures Of Ford Fairlane immediately!!! Andrew Dice Clay rules!!!
Happy Hell Night (1991)
Happy Hell Night Rocks!!!
This movie is an unbelievably incredible gore drenched slasher! Most horror flicks that I see nowadays are entirely lame because they don't even contain gory graphic violence like this one does. As far as I'm concerned, bloody gore to the extreme is the way to go! This movie has an unleashed killer named Malius who brutally kills off college students at a fraternity with a scythe. Every time he kills somebody, he says "No" in addition to a different word each individual time. Like for instance, he killed a nurse at an asylum he escaped from by cutting her throat and then he said "No TV." He also killed a girl that was getting ready to drive her car away from the college dorm by chopping his scythe through the top while she was in the driver's seat. The sharp point of the scythe cut through the top of her skull and went out her mouth, and then Malius pulled the scythe out and said "No parking." Those are just a couple examples of this Malius character. So if you love gory horror flicks, this one is the bomb! Go rent Happy Hell Night and remember that it has a good surprising twist at the end! Happy Hell Night to all and to all a good night!!!
