I thought the crazy bible people rated this movie down. It turned out I was wrong. Oh Riley mate... What the heck where you smoking...

In not much for short reviews. But honestly. This series is just bad. Waste of time, and money making it.

This series is actually really good. Its thrilling in each episode. I didnt have a single dull moment in this series. It really captures the feeling of living in the early stages of man setting up communitys in the northen italy. Historians cant tell us that much about this sertain period in history, the story about romulus and remus is an exciting myth and I really must give creeds to the person who wrote this series. I really love the angle they spinn the story from.

Actors are preforming great. The only downside is the fact that you can tell the spending on this series didnt get the full attention it should have. Dont get me wrong. Its well filmed and produced from the budget I asume they used, who was probably in the lower limit. This series deserved alot more attention and unfortunatly I belive it gets brushed away by the fact that they talk italian, and not english. Which in my eyes is just sad. I really hope we get to see a season 2 but i doubt it since it doesnt really seem to hit the wider audience.

Good job on this series. I loved it. I hope I get to see more in the future.

Its just stupid to come into this series with an expectation that this series Will slam you in the face with "this is the next GOT, Im hooked". This is not the next game of Thrones. Simple as that. Just because Netflix honored the story of the witcher with a high budget and an actual attempt to make a great series that does not mean they tried to replace or take a place of another series. To claim they wanted to beat/take over the "wheel" of GOT is just stupid. No such statements where ever made. If you go in with those expectation I get that you feel let down. This is a whole diffrent story. I read the books and played all the games. For us who know the actual story, i think we went in with lower expectations. I admit i was hyped, but hyped in the hope of Netflix not ruining a great story. The story of the witcher is not an easy task to make into a TV show. Nonetheless they made such a great job Im actually really impressed. I admit a couple of scens in a few episodes feelt abit cheap of a sort. But the overall judgement is that this series actually hit a full spot on. I hope it continues to roll on for a few years with the same goal of accurasy and feel for the story. If you love the story like I do. You should support this attempt of making it into a TV show instead of compllaining about GOT... PS: (even if a couple of scens seem cheap, atleast I can promise it wont be a boring kid in a wheelchair that Will become the next king of cintra)
