Absolutely horrendous

This has got to be one of the worst movies I've ever seen in my life.. Horribly directed, absurdly stupid script, unbelievably poor acting and just an overall retarded experience. Everything from the poor accents of the actors, to the mistimed events, it's all garbage.

I'm going to make a list of the crap in this movie:

-Bad music -Poor acting -Bad script/writing -Bad camera angles -Out-of-place clothing -Poor character development -Mistimed events

And so, so, so, so much more absolute trash.. What a waste of time.

How anyone would find this movie entertaining is beyond my wildest dreams.. Every single one of these people acting are indeed NOT actors. The only person half-way believable is the Turkish "bad guy," and even that was forced.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

What an unbelievable movie!

Warning: Spoilers
What an unbelievable movie deserving of many, many awards!

Lars and the Real Girl takes a dive off the deep end offering insight into the deep, dark world of Lars (Ryan Gosling) and his social disorder that hinders his ability to have normal relationships.

This movie takes a giant step back and observes one man so desperate to have normal relations with another human being, he actually resorts to socializing with a figment of his imagination - a doll named Bianca.

The plot for this movie never seems to go from point A to B, and there's always this feeling of frustration in that you want Lars to alter his mind just about every instance he's with Margo - but it just doesn't seem to happen until you least expect it.

There are so many individuals in the same situation as Lars, but are just too afraid to reach out to other people to get the help they need. If this movie did anything for me, it helped me understand that any means of coping is justified if it heals the soul.

Kudos to the writer and director, you did a magnificent job in affecting how the viewers perceive people in Lars' situation. I give this movie an 8/10.

This movie is a must-see, go download it and watch it now!

Simply amazing!

Warning: Spoilers
What can I say? Going into this, I didn't expect much from a video game producer (343 Industries) developing a movie based on such an awkward plot. However, this film absolutely blew me away!

The acting was superb (even with half-baked actors who don't make it to the spotlight), the visuals were stunning, and the way everything flowed made it very easy to watch.

If there is anything negative to say about this film, it's the timing of a few events. Lasky's brother should have been killed at a later date, rather than in succession with 2-3 other tragedies on the planet at that time and Vickers should have survived a lot longer than the rest.

I will say however, I'll never forget the scene when Master Chief saved the group and they all got their first glimpse of the super soldier - John-117.

9/10! If it weren't for the producers over-using the "slow-mo" feature and a few minor flaws, this would have earned a 10 in my books.
