This has to be the worst film I've seen , terrible story , bad acting , bad accents that just didn't fit .

Did the writers and producers do a bunch of acid before coming up with this film .

I will say visually it was good , and the music score outstanding and a nice sound mix .

But wow, that was horrid .

I didn't hate this film and I didn't love it , great performances but Buz's treatment isn't my style .. jumps all over the place and the use of modern music just didn't work.

Still its worth a night out in a comfy chair to enjoy all of Elvis's music.

Tigers and animals look pretty fake , Sound wasn't very cinematic.. at a zoo and it's quieter than a mouse . Where is the atmosphere ?

Pretty ordinary selection of commercial music .

Carol is annoying . Not for me.

Style wise this seemed a carbon copy of the Directors first film Snowtown ( brilliant film ) For me the film portrayed the mother and his surroundings as the evil .. rather than Nitram .

Clearly this film wasn't shot in Tasmania either but I hear the Tasmanian govt told the film makers to get stuffed ?

I really don't get the fuss on this film .. is the Director a one trick pony ? 5/5.

This was the most unbelievable story , I was actually barracking for the bad guy Rusty to do untold damage .. even then I only lasted half the movie . Rusty good the movie not .

Never been a fan of Shaun, I'm not sure why the ABC pay him to make this crap.

When you watch this film you realise how film making has really dipped in the last 20 years .. well written great VFX for the time , loved the score and sound mix . This film hasn't aged at all .

I don't even like Country Music besides Cash, but this doco hits you in the feels, I'd say this is probably the finest doco series music ever made.. Hopefully Ken is planning a doco on Blues next .

What a fantastic film . Maybe it was ahead of its time? ,fantastic script, music , costumes .. I really thought it was brilliant. It's hard to believe the score on imdb . This is a must see film if you like moves such as Ex Machina and Donny Darko

I love music documentaries, classic albums, many on Pink Floyd, Some kind of Monster etc... but this was a better ride , funny in parts .. sad ... sometimes... but it ROCKS hard Recommend A+

If you love war films, don't bother with this.. This films was close but soo far.. A few moments jumped the shark and were just un realistic.. I had issues with some of the vfx that looked soo fake and a really weird sound mix.. When the German war plane crashed this film early jumped the shark. This film didn't totally suck, but when 100m is spent.. It's way off the mark.. Stream it for free in a few years..

I hadn't heard of this doco before I stumbled on it in Netflix. I'm a big fan of sports doco's especially 30 for 30. This is so well produced, I loved all the human moments of this doco, and the kids passion golf at 7 or 8 is hard to believe.
