Amazing movie, showing how meaningless the old racism was back then and that all it takes to break thru and change things is the guts of a few good men. This is more a movie about segregation than about baseball. Harrison Ford plays Branch Rickey in one of his best roles ever. To a person living in 2023 its almost imaginable how bad, unfair and destructive segregation was back then. This is a movie that should be shown in schools thru out the world, to show kids how wrong it is to judge people on their skin color. One thing that puzzles me is when this police guy throws Robinson off the court. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 explicitly banned all discrimination based on race, including racial segregation in schools, businesses, and in public accommodations, so how can he say "its still the law here?

Once you see this series, then you will understand Danish culture and mentality. This is an incredible series full of true Danish values, drama and humor. This is one of those series that you can watch again and again, and still find new plots and angles to the series. Superb actors in roles that seem like they are talormade to each actor. It is also a very motivating series, especially if you have an entrepeneur lurking in your belly. The only think you could ever wish for is more episodes, longer episodes. Personally I feel back in time at my grandparents farm when ever I watch this series. All in all this is a true MASTERPIECE!

If you go on google and look for the son and heir to the Red Bull empire, then you will see he was drunk driving and hit a policeman with his Ferrari, and dragged him 100m down the street. Till this day he has still avoided couts. This movie in many ways gives you a feeling of justice that the Thai courts will never be able to provide. The movie is very well filmed, beautifuy shots of bangkok by night and stays close and true to the Thai culture and corruption.

StarTrek used to be about strong characters that you could relate to. It used to be about showing us a BETTER world where we are move evolved, where we are the GOOD GUYS doing the RIGHT THINGS!. It was provocative, inspiring and had more moral than any religious book. And then they come with this crap! Evil warmongering violent unrelatable characters and loads of CGI and special effect to cover up for the fact that this show is just BORING! - Orville is gonna beat you guys - so fire the Action CGI idiots and hire Seth-Trek instead!!

If MGM had given this to a group of fans we would have had a MUCH BETTER SHOW than this Origins crap! Have you ever seen Prelude to Axanar? That is a fan made episode of Star Trek which is almost as good as the series made on an incredible low budget. So SHAME ON YOU MGM for not letting the fans founded by indigogo etc make a continuation of the series!!! What you did here was the WORST crap I ever seen. Not even STD is this bad.
So please... give SG to the fans, let them make a series based on the time AFTER Atlantis/SG1 ended. Im sure there are still a few Rathe and Replicators out there to fight.

I just came from the cinema and my expectations were low after all the famous critics trashed this movie. I don't know what is wrong with these people, all these stuck up fancy ass critics and their snob reviews - they should stick to watching The Russia House, Elizabethtown, The Good Shepard, Seabiscuit and other cool action packed films Zzzzzzz hahahaha!!! I LOVED THIS MOVIE!!! I think its just as good as the first one!! The CGI is amazing! Its exciting! It has humor! It has some of the coolest scifi tech I have seen in ages! - Totally worth watching!!!! I could have done without the religious stuff and the queen bug chasing a school bus hehehe, but other than that I TOTALLY LOOOOOOVED IT!!! With the end it definitely opens up for one more Independence Day movie where I hope Earth have even cooler tech and weapons, and where they attack the bad Aliens together with other races. I will be at the premiere for that one for sure!! From this Tech/CGI/SciFi freak... GREAT MOVIE!!!!

This one kept me on the edge of my seat! What a plot, what a tricky plot - usually I can see thru the episodes because most are "plot seen before" but this one is definitely a new one. I think i'm gonna put up a poster with Gareth what he did for the federation here. I'm still on a high while writing this. What is probably the best part of this is while Sisko is telling the story, he does not give anything away. This is so well written and so well acted by all! Ohh someone please make a new Star Trek series - I so miss the franchise!!! "So... I lied. I cheated. I bribed men to cover the crimes of other men. I am an accessory to murder. But the most damning thing of all... I think I can live with it...." oh goosebumps!!

It started great. good story, good characters... then the event happens and the movie suddenly becomes quite exciting.
If only they had just left the religious bullshit out of it, then it would have been a decent movie.
Too bad they had to bring superstition into a movie meant for a good science fiction story.
I went from being quite excited, to face-palming myself several times.
Too bad - note to screenwriters... leave religion OUT!
Usually I would write a long good review, but I am just so disappointed!
