I was pleasantly surprised by it. It was funny, intriguing. I honestly though would have wanted to see the mystery had been 'bigger'. And hey - if we get a fourth maybe we can get a murder mystery :D.

The Spirit of Christmas
(2015 TV Movie)
An actual storyline!!
7 December 2020
My mom & I started watching Christmas movies/series at beginning of November and I do think this is the first * Christmas movie * with an actual plot!! Just the opening scene made us interested. There is a mystery and it could definitely had been expanded but for sure good enough for a Christmas movie. Might even watch it again!!
Feel connected to Lara Jean
15 February 2020
Gosh this movie. As a young adult woman I feel so connected to Lara Jean. Her thoughts in her relationship with Peter and her relationships with her friends (though I wish there would have been more of that). Such a good movie representing actual teenage girls/young women. I wish there were more movies like this. Also great to see some East-Asian representation that isn't dumbed down or ridiculed!!
Forrest Gump
(1994)
Amazing movie!!

Forrest Gump is one of my favorite movies of all time. Definitely a classic you have to see it. It starts when Forrest is a little kid and being bullied. Jenny helps him run away from the bullies. He loves Jenny, even more when he grows up. He loves being at her place, by the tree. He lives with his mother but when he's about 20 he needs to go to Vietnam and there he meets the Genera (Gary Sinise). He saves the general but he isn't happy about it. But they eventually start being friends.
This movie is about friendship and love. But my absolute favorite from the movie is Forrest's quote; Life is like a chocolate box, you never know what you get.
