Annoying Scream
16 February 2014
Warning: Spoilers
This movie should be called Scream 5 with the amount of screaming going on, which most of them are so annoying. Also the story is similar and has that twist in the end just like the Scream trilogy. This movie could have been good if it weren't for the obvious story line, stupid characters and acting. The only best thing about this movie is that an Australian chick ends up the sole survivor to the whole massacre. Her character is the only smart one out of the rest. If you've been paying attention to each character you can almost guess who are the bad people. They're too obvious when they acted suspiciously which raises questions. As for the ending the character was in a lose-lose situation, whether this was done purposely or a mistake it makes you wonder " What would you do if you're in that situation ? "

Orange Is the New Black (2013–2019)

Orange is the next big thing.

When this show was nominated for a Golden Globes for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series - Drama and also won AFI Awards for TV Program of the Year I had to see it. The first few episodes I found a bit boring but the more you watch it you'll gradually enjoyed it right up to the last episodes. The show contain many characters and each of them has their own stories how they end up in prison. You going to love and hate some of them by the end. Some review stated that this show has too much nudity, sex scenes and lesbian reference. Believe me this is nothing compare to Game of Thrones and The L Word. Watching Jason Biggs as Larry Bloom; Piper Chapman fiancé is like watching him in American Pie as Jim Levenstein. The way he act and the way he talk and even his nerdy personality. Overall I look forward to Season 2.

For Geeks and non-Geeks to enjoy
11 February 2014
Warning: Spoilers
If you love Live Action Role Playing and The Evil Dead movie you going to love this. If you aren't, but you love comedy you going to enjoy it too. What attracted me to watch this movie is the fact that it was rated 8.3, it has Peter Dinklage (Game of Thrones-Tyrion Lannister) and it is a comedy. It has some funny moments, memorable quotes and lesbian kiss. I don't think it is a horror movie even though there's blood and body parts been ripped out of people. Also not even an adventure or fantasy movie as stated in the description. I will say it is a combination of Evil Dead and Scary Movie into one. Lastly the monster which they had to fight in the end reminds me of the monster from Power Rangers series. What do yo expect from a low budget movie.

Look promising but disappointing at the end
10 February 2014
Warning: Spoilers
When I saw the trailer I thought it was going to be a good slasher movie but it turns out it was a disappointment. I admit the beginning was good, then it just went down hill from there especially the right to the end. It was hard for me to watch the whole movie without pausing for a break. The dialogue is like written for porn and I find some of the character are idiots; the cop, the hospital security guard, Danny, Abby just to name a few. I think the story could be better if they made it like Basic Instinct. They should make the character Abby seduced Danni instead of being obsessive towards her. This movie is a combination of Single White Female and Saw with bad acting.

Not embracing the movie
7 February 2014
This is a remake of the 1995 movie starring Alyssa Milano as Charlotte. You expect a remake would be good but this is not the case. Just like the original it was very bad. I have nothing good to write about this movie except the lesbian scene, the rest are all garbage. The female character in this movie is played by Sharon Hinnendael as Charlotte Hawthorn. Her character reminds me of Bella Swan from Twilight, shy and a quite girl. However she can't act and so are the rest of the cast member. Also the story line is so lame I could not bare to watch without pausing every 10 minutes. If you seen the original there's no point of seeing this movie, unless you skip to the " good part ".

Did not expect that
6 February 2014
Warning: Spoilers
Surprisingly it was good, it had some funny scenes and to see Van Damme playing other than an action star is worth the watch. Starring Adam Brody (The O.C.-Seth Cohen), Megan Boone (The Blacklist-Elizabeth Keen) and Kristen Schaal (Bob's Burgers- Louise Belcher). It started of as a company retreat on a tropical island as part of team bonding turned into a nightmare as they're stuck on the island when they found out the pilot had passed away and their scout leader (Van Damme) was attack by a tiger but later found alive but injured. So if you like Lord of the Flies with a bunch of office workers and add some humor in to it, you going like this.

Plot not convincing
5 February 2014
Warning: Spoilers
I stop watching the 1st episode after 30 minute. I wasn't convince with the whole idea and the story line to watch till the end or the next episode. If the main character is a cyborg I can relate to that but a normal man with a super-computer microchip in his brain and has the ability to access unlimited information is absurd. Not to mention the story line in the 1st episode. The main character escaped from an enemy facility by knocking out 3 men. Only 3 men, where was the rest; having a lunch break ? Instead of getting into a vehicle he decided to run from the bad guys who are on vehicle and then he jumped off a cliff onto a running river and survived. Not knowing the depth and rocks surrounding the water.

Twilight with Wolves
23 January 2014
Warning: Spoilers
I haven't read the book, I only read the plot summary and thought it would be a good show. But then I saw the "transformation"... SERIOUSLY ? The character turned into a wolf (as in the animal) instead of a Werewolf. There's not many werewolf shows out there compare to Vampires/Dracula so I was expecting this to be a hit like Teen Wolf and Being Human, however I was very disappointed. Put aside the horrible script and special effects this shows doesn't do it for me. I will still watch episode 2 and maybe 3 & 4 to see where the story is going but I have a feeling this show is going to be canceled after one season.
