Basically my favorite show of all time
14 February 2009
I was about 5 years old when I was watching Brisco County Jr discover the "coming thing" and chasing John Bly & his gang. I don't know what it was about the show but Bruce Campbell was my hero. He had the quick thinking attitude and the bravery I was looking for in my prince charming :-P Brisco County Jr. is the type of show that really can't be put into a certain one genre of TV shows. It is a western but also includes SciFi, Comedy, Action, Love. The list goes on. Lord Bowler and Socrates added just as much fun as Brisco did to the show. The messes these three got themselves into was amazing. I found myself talking to the television trying to help them out of a jam they were in. I was sad to see a show like this go but every good thing must come to an end. Too bad that end had to come too soon, after only one season.

Now in order to get my Bruce Campbell fix, I have begun watching the sitcom Burn Notice and he possesses some of those same characteristics as Brisco did. Bruce Campbell always has a way to make me smile :-)

KISS: eXposed (1987 Video)
10/10
It really shows the background of Kiss with great videos.

This movie of the making of a documentary was a great idea to show the "monsters" behind the makeup. Kiss is the kind of band no one would ever really think of having a movie but there was and are. Kiss eXposed has great footage of old stage performances and music videos. Gene Simmons is just as hot as always and Paul is right there beside him. I think Eric and Bruce could have been in more shots but it was just great seeing them. The movie has its interesting parts you'd never know about the band and the parts that send your chair backwards from laughing. Gene and Paul's stories about meeting add to the fun of the movie. Overall if your as huge a Kiss fan as me, I'm sure you'll enjoy the movie.

Starsky and Hutch: Pilot (1975)
Season 1, Episode 0
10/10
It's full of excitement and male bonding.

This isn't any 70's cop show. It really shows how two very macho men can become the best of friends. Both Starsky and Hutch have the looks and the attitude to bring the "bad guys down". They display a great comfort in what they do. Starsky seems to be the innocent one, he's always out to have fun while doing his job. Glaser does a great job with the part. Hutch on the other hand usually is making sure Starsky is OK. Soul also does a wonderful job with the character of Hutch. There are some great episodes when you can really feel how much they care for one another and they would do anything for the other one. Both really show there emotion when they feel their pal is in trouble. The "Starsky Mobile" which is an awesome car to use in the show adds more excitement(with the burn-outs).

I'm making this comment as a 16 yr old girl who loves the 70's and appreciates a great friendship.
