The Walking Dead: Faith (2022)
What episode is everyone else watching?
Everything that happened in this ep was predictable. Nothing truly bad happened to "our guys" because the writers don't want to kill any of these characters. When is the last time there has been a consequential death? A looooooooong time. I don't want random killing (I believe the show jumped the shark with Glenn and Abraham's deaths, speaking of random) but the show has no meaning anymore because we all know our people are not going to be killed. You might as well have the extras wearing red shirts. Remember back to the tone of the first season? Completely different show the last 5 seasons, in particular. Bo-ring! Glad this is going to be over very soon.
Spring Baking Championship (2015)
Terrible season
I'll say up front the contestants were just about the best the show has ever had (with the exception of one). They were more experienced than previous years' contestants and had fantastic personalities. That's as far as the good goes. Molly Yeh is not the right host for this show. Her saccharine personality and fake lisp are like fingernails on a chalkboard. The introduction of "cookie salad" (whatever that is) and her obsession with sprinkles were mistakes. Don't ask the contestants to make a dish they have never heard of or require as an ingredient something a four year old gets excited about to a group of professional pastry chefs. My biggest problem was the winner. She fell apart and failed miserably several times at the beginning of the show. She should have been voted out Week 1. She's a better baker than Carolyn or Dennis? I don't think so. I hate to say it but Kardea had an obvious bias toward the winner the entire season. She acted like she had a personal interest in the contestant. The results felt strongly of tokenism. Finally, the contestants should not have been surprised at the end that there would be a bake-off. It was clear that Dennis and Romy were both extremely frustrated with this turn of events. And to require professional pastry chefs to use sprinkles as part of their challenge? Clearly the last straw for Romy. Such a slap in the face. My husband and I watch this show together and, between the way the contestants were treated, Molly's sickening personality and the obviously rigged final result, you lost him as a viewer. I may give you another chance, as long as you get another host. And rethink the tokenism. The best baker should win, regardless. We used to look forward to this show but no more. I hope you have learned some lessons, Food Network.
The Gilded Age (2022)
Choose another actress
Carrie Coon sounds like she reading from cue cards. Her acting is flat and too quick for her character to have thought of her quips off the cuff. So bad.
The Walking Dead: World Beyond: Exit Wounds (2021)
Ready for it to be over
Between the whiny teenage voices, unlikable characters and the bad writing, this should be cancelled. As another reviewer said, I don't know why I keep watching. I'm glad this is the last season. Why create a new series if the producers didn't have a substantial story line (and better actors)? The two sisters, in particular, are terrible, completely unbelievable characters. Get them some acting classes, stat!
Good Girls: Put It All on Two (2021)
Disgusting
This episode was disgusting. Dumpster diving? Please dump Shane Coffey. His character is terrible and he is a terrible actor.
The Andy Griffith Show: Opie's Girlfriend (1966)
Glad things have changed
It's a shame that Cynthia and Helen felt they had to feed the guys' egos by pretending to not be as good as they were. Glad I'm not that way and I hope most women these days have moved beyond that thinking.
Best Baker in America: Cake, Glorious Cake (2018)
Not as good as Season 1 or 4
Who is this host and why does his hair and suit look like a used car salesman's? He is so awkward and out of place. The only person on this episode who knows how to pronounce "petit four" is the French contestant. Sad. I've watched the other seasons and this one so far is lacking.
9-1-1: Lone Star: Saving Grace (2021)
Best episode yet
This was such a sweet story. Thank you for telling it!
Grey's Anatomy: Sorry Doesn't Always Make It Right (2021)
Terrible again
Yet another terrible episode...for several reasons...
What a b**** Dr. Ortiz is to give Dr. Avery a hard time when he's trying to do the right thing! There is a better way to let him know that he might want to change the way he is going about his goodwill toward COVID patients. She needs to be yelling at sone else other than the person who is going out of his way to do something good. Dr. Avery was a lot more kind and gracious to her reaction than he should have been.
Why do Linc and Amelia constantly have to evaluate their relationship? Is it because it is so unstable that they will never feel like they can trust it? In answer to your question Amelia, you ARE super broken. In so many ways.
A general question...why are there so many children by so many different fathers? These people are supposed to be intelligent with better judgment. They can't have better judgment than to sleep with (and "fall in love" with) everyone they work with?
The best part was when the patient broke up with his horrible selfish girlfriend!
I still have no idea why these people idolize Meredith Grey. Kill her off already.
I hope no one who watches this thinks this is the way life is supposed to be. Don't live in the drama! Life can be so much better than that.
Grey's Anatomy: Breathe (2021)
Another terrible episode
I can't wait till this season is over. The scenes on the beach are ridiculous and only for the fans who thrive in the melodramatic. The show can't even afford a fake robot Meredith for the hospital scenes that looks remotely like the actress? Of course, that thing laying in bed is a better actress than Ellen Pompeo. I know COVID has affected us all in a horrible way but this show doesn't need to wallow in it. There's just nothing good to say about the show or the episode.
Good Girls: Fall Guy (2021)
Great show but bad choices for the young versions of themselves
I really like this show up couldn't the producers have done a better job in finding a young Beth, Annie and Dean? None of them remotely looked like the grown characters. Beth's body type and features were all wrong. Dean's eyes were too close together and his body type was wrong and nothing was correct about Annie. How difficult would that have been to find actors that looked at least a little like the people they were supposed to be? It ruins the illusion.
Grey's Anatomy: No Time for Despair (2020)
OMG.
The preaching! Enough is enough! Why is it not good enough that Amelia is upset? It has to be specifically about black girls getting kidnapped?
Grey's Anatomy: You'll Never Walk Alone (2020)
Terrible...again!
Each episode this season is worse than the previous one. I can't wait until this show is over. I've watched this from the beginning but it has gotten so bad. If this was the first season, I'd stop watching but I have to see it through to the end. The characters are unbelievable and pathetic and have this unexplainable attachment to Meredith Grey, even as awful as she treats them. And leave Owen alone. He made the best judgment he could with the information he had!
The Walking Dead: World Beyond: The Sky Is a Graveyard (2020)
Unbelievable
The actress who plays Huck is terrible and it is completely unbelievable that she is supposed to be Julia Ormond's character's daughter. I guess the writers really wanted to throw everyone off on that relationship. Kill her off already. And yes, Iris is also terrible.
All Rise: Keep Ya Head Up (2020)
Get these actors masks that fit!
So distracting to see the actors continually adjusting their masks. A network can easily have their costumer sew masks that will fit without constant adjustment.
Grey's Anatomy: My Happy Ending (2020)
Annoying and unbelievable
I know they won't but it would be so great if they killed off Meredith Grey's character. Why does her staff (or the watchers for that matter) love her so much? So over the top and just plain mean. Also, no one looks like Amelia that soon after having a baby. But the cast does something no one can do better, wallow in self-misery and drama!
Chicago Med: Those Things Hidden in Plain Sight (2020)
Pick another actor for the guard
The guard is a terrible actor. Get better quality, Chicago Med. The rest of the ep is tolerable, over the top drama as usual.
Battlestar Galactica: Sacrifice (2006)
Dana Delaney is a terrible actress
Dana Delaney has always been a terrible actress. Her character is completely unsympathetic and her acting doesn't help.
9-1-1: Eddie Begins (2020)
Too much everything
I usually really like this show. It's typically a perfect blend of personal relationships and action. This was too much action and melodrama. Completely over the top. I hope this doesn't continue.
Grey's Anatomy: Sing It Again (2020)
Phoning it in
Meredith Grey, the majestic, hero of all doctors...refuses to believe that Richard might have Alzheimer's? Really? A "professional" such as herself can't be unbiased and consider that he may have something just because her mother had it? She doesn't know everything just because she saw her mother and how she behaved. A good, normal doctor would consider everything a possibility. And how selfish was Katherine? "She can't handle it!" If that we're my husband, I would do anything, especially be in the room to support him. And she's a doctor! She should know better. These people. Also, it looked as though the child they were operating on was a practice dummy, not a real person. It took me a minute to realize that was supposed to be the actual child. The practical effects department (along with the writers) is just phoning it in. I can't believe how bad this show has gotten. I have watched almost 16 seasons and I'm not giving up on on it but, come on! Put some effort into it!
Grace and Frankie: The Pop-Ups (2018)
Talia Shire the wrong choice
Talia Shireis the absolute wrong choice to play Frankie's sister. The show is great in spite of the mismatch. Her personality is just too weak to compete against the other actors, especially Frankie's.
American Housewife: The Great Cookie Challenge (2020)
Unrealistic
I love this show but it is so unrealistic for Taylor to get into Carnegie Mellon with her mediocre voice plus her parents had an unrealistic reaction about being willing to pay for a very pricey tuition for a music scholarship. Taylor's parents are much more practical than that. Come on writers!
Grace and Frankie (2015)
Love this show. Can't get enough of these ladies. To all those Frankie haters, Grace is pretty extreme too. But they balance each other out. And Brianna is the worst part of the show.
Station 19: I Know This Bar (2020)
Terrible
Tell Victoria to stop talking about her "hot doctor". It's so demeaning. Men can't get away with that behavior, women shouldn't either. And then, even at the end, when people have died Jackson says Victoria is "hot". Really? That's what they're thinking about? Unbelievable. And what about Helm? Stop saying everyone is going to die. I get that we say things while we're in shock but, come on, this is tv. Make it a little more tolerable. Her character is so irritating as it is. Please don't make it worse. Maybe her character will actually die and then we won't have to listen to her going on and on and insipid issues and bowing down at Meredith Grey's feet. I can only hope. The flashbacks are a terrible vehicle for this episode. So unnecessary and distracting. Does it really count as a flashback when it happened two seconds ago? Why didn't those firefighters who were trying to push the truck (also dumb) physically run over to the tow truck to stop it? They just all looked at it like,"hey, that truck should stop but I'm just going to stand here and watch it". All of this terrible can be blamed on Shonda. She has no perspective on the realities of life. It's only about sex and the dramatic for her. No respect for a real-life disaster or the real feelings that accompany it.Terrible
Grey's Anatomy: Papa Don't Preach (2019)
Terrible choice for Richard's brother
They couldn't have picked a better actor to play Richard's brother? Flat and completely unbelievable.
