Nine Perfect Strangers: Random Acts of Mayhem (2021)
What are this chernobyl reviews?
Overall, a great pilot episode that manages to introduce all characters in intriguing ways, by exposing some of the things that haunt them. Beautifully shot. Great acting. One of the most promissing tv shows this year.
Mare of Easttown: Sacrament (2021)
Have a good night Mare!
Exelent episode. They managed to keep up with reasonable plot twists, while still developing characters and end the episode brilliantly. Kate Winslet did an outstaning performance on this show, from start to end; it's rare to watch an actor give so much to the show, and she did that -- Mare is a loveable, conflicting character, it's hard not to love her even with all her flaws and imperfections. Julianne Nicholson, playing the role of Lori Ross, is a stand-out on this episode, what an incredible performance and what a way to portray emotions in such a believable way! The last 10 seconds are just phenomenal -- trauma is something that never goes away, but you eventually learn to live with it.
This episode is captured in such a melancholic way, it's gorgeous to look at, yet depressing. Throughout the whole show, there wasnt a single bad shot that didnt tell a story, or that didnt serve its purpose. Craig Zobel did an amazing job directing 'Mare of Easttown', and Brad Ingelsby for writting an intriguing drama/ mistery show.
I would have liked to have a little more closure with Carrie, Drew's mother. She was such a flawed mom, but so incredibly dedicated to her son and his happiness just like Mare was to his son Kevin. Other than that, this episode goes to show that 'Mare of Easttown' will forever be a must-watch for everyone that has a HBO subscription.

Euphoria: Made You Look (2019)
"And I oop" or "Anna ou-"?
I say "Anna ou- " but some people say "And I oop"! Is there a correct way to say it? Please let me know!
Chernobyl (2019)
HBO did it again!
The first episode somehow surpassed my expectations for what this TV Show would do with the biggest nuclear disaster ever!
Without giving any spoilers besides the obvious, the cinematic quality is unbelievable! I found myself looking at many transition scenes with disbelief, a complete state of shock- that's how good the first episode of HBO's mini-series "Chernobyl" was!
The writing wasn't LEGENDARY but it was great, but most importantly, consistent! Every actor did an amazing job at portraying each character and their feelings, which ultimately, led to a even greater ambience.
When the episode ended, I was left with a feeling like if I was in Chernobyl! I felt like I was contaminated by radiation. Although that might sound silly, I really felt unwell after watching "Chernobyl"! That just shows how incredibly effective the first episode was on displaying the horrific events that took place in Chernobyl, and how many lives were absolutely destroyed and affected following the disaster. So far, a must-watch!
