I wanted to see this film having heard of the creepy bedroom scene, so I sat down with some friends and watched it, the beginning of the film story line was good i must admit, then it went to pot your average teen horror flick gone wrong, acting was awful effects not bad, story line complete and utter pants, this had potential from the beginning but went downhill after it came to modern day, avoid at all costs.

I watched this film with an open mind going on the so called fabulous reviews previously, If you don't mind the ham acting and used to the really bad sci-fi made for TV movies, then maybe you might just might like it. I for one thought it was absolutely dreadful, It reminds me of a film were the writers have seen various sci-fi and horror flicks and thought I will take a bit from the thing, some from hell raiser and a bit from john carpenters darkness and mash it all together, in other words how people can say this film apart from the really poor cgi and effects say its great, they need a reality check, avoid this film at all costs absolutely awful.

I just finished watching this film, fair enough it is you average run of the mill type. I however enjoyed the movie, I would say watch it and make your own mind up. The effects were good and the acting to, CGI was excellent not tacky low budget. I have seen far worse in the past, however this film is not one of them. I would watch it again, so saying that says something. If your expecting scares, jumps etc, whilst there are a few, it is very drawn out, the story gets you involved with the characters which is good, If I have to say this film sort of reminds me of legend with will smith, no doubt some people will not like it but hey better than watching paint dry.
