i have to agree whole-heartedly with Mistymountain's comment on this superb film. flavio insinna's performance was worthy of an Oscar, in fact i forgot i was watching him, in that i mean he was so in character both in looks and deed. i didn't express that as well as i hoped but i hope you get my meaning. it is hard to believe that this movie was made for TV. it truly deserves a cinema outing.
i can thoroughly recommend this film. it is one that i can watch again but i do feel at the end how cruel man is to his fellow man and the futility of all wars. for a positive person like myself it is hard to continue to think that there is good in all people, however small, but i do.
