Anne Hathaway and Simon Baker
26 October 2007
This movie was delightful entertainment providing an inside look into the world of fashion in New York and the stress of being a personal assistant to a high powered, demanding and successful employer. Unless you've worked for someone like this you would have no idea of what extraordinary demands are placed upon a young person trying to make it in the business world --- and how it infringes upon their personal lives. I loved Anne Hathaway as the young assistant and was captivated by Simon Baker and their little rendezvous. She is totally adorable and he is quite a hunk. Would love to see them together again in a romantic plot. They are adorable together. Just saw him in another movie and he is really something else.

Dermot Mulroney & Debra Messing
10 February 2007
I have seen The Wedding Date several times and I find it wonderful, refreshing and fun. It is pure entertainment and there is a special magic between these two stars --- I hope to see them together again in a romantic comedy. Debra is so real and so vulnerable and you can identify with her. She is a fabulous actress and her feelings come through to the viewer. Dermot is irresistible as Nick and incredibly sexy and handsome. Now I have to see all of his movies. What a talented fellow --- it figures that he was born in the first 10 days of Scorpio. He reminds me of Gregory Peck --- his calm, commanding demeanor and visually as well. I expect to see great things from this actor in the future. And I do hope to see these two starred together again. I can only imagine what they could achieve in a more serious romantic production. And --- only happy endings, please. There is already more than enough sadness in the world. Thank goodness for movies like The Wedding Date.

Unleashed (2005)
Riveting movie
10 June 2006
Found this movie very entertaining.

I was riveted to my seat and totally absorbed into the movie.

It really tore me up to see how badly he was treated by his captors and I was overjoyed each time he escaped. Also enjoyed seeing Morgan Freeman again. He's a classic. I hadn't seen the previews of this movie beforehand and thought it was "just another action film" ---- until I saw Morgan Freeman come on the scene.

The story line was unusual and the acting was great --- for an action film. Wish that more action films were directed at this level.

Jet Li is fabulous and he can act. I wish him a lifetime of successful films and hope to see them all.
