El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie (2019)
It's alright
Nothing special, but not bad either. 7 or 8 would be appropriate.
Sicario: Day of the Soldado (2018)
Bad is not enough
This movie is just another superhero movie where the hero gets in a very very very difficult situation, then kills every enemy, and all the good guys survive. Not a single one gets harmed.
It's the usual, villains miss every single shot. and the good guys hit their shots with their eyes closed. It is horrible. You are gonna wish you can get ur 2 hours back at the end of it.
Wonder Woman (2017)
DON'T WASTE Your Time!!!
I know you probably won't take my advice and will go and watch to see for yourself, but I promise you, you will regret it.
This movie is by far the worst superhero movie, and on my top 5 for the worst movies I have ever seen. The movie is basically, we want to make women heroes too. It doesn't matter if it is cringy and incoherent terrible story line. It only make sense if the producers were college freshman girls who just took Greek mythology class, and would like to let the world know what they learned. All this aside, the "Amazons" trying to fake an accent is the cringiest thing I have heard in a long time.
Conclusion, go tell you little brother/sister bed time story, and don't wast your time on this BS.
Better Call Saul (2015)
Slow? Yes. BUT this show is AWESOM
The only down side to this show is that it progresses very slowly and it seems like 10 episodes are not enough. I think this show will go on for at least 4 5 more seasons at this rate.
However, this show is very clever and funny. It is very much realistic, meaning, there is logic for going from point A to B. The main characters are very intelligent but not super intelligent like prison break BS. Also, it is very funny without trying to be a comedy show.
The part that I am not sure about is the overlap with the breaking bad story and the use of the same characters. Was this clever move to grab Breaking Bad fans' attention since it was so successful? or this was lack of creativity from the writers. Maybe both
House of Cards (2013)
Great show, BUT
I have just finished the fifth season. The show is great in so many ways. Great acting, great story, exciting, and educational. But the show is starting to get a bit too much. Season 4 and 5 are kind of unreasonable. Before I go any further, I just want to tell something about me, so you understand where I come from. I don't like movies or shows where one person knows it all, and everyone else are stupid. If you get from A to B, you have to give some reasonable explanation how you got there. The first 3 seasons were so good at doing so. In seasons 4 and 5, the president unjustifiably gets away with so many crimes. When everyone who might know something or close starts to disappear and die, people start asking questions. There were major figures disappeared, died, fall and never been heard from again. This is kind of ridiculous. You can't survive all that, not even by resigning. Also, it kind of make the other politicians stupid. It is hard to believe that all of them are. At least, not everyone would shut their mouths about a crime to hide an affair. They have to tune it down next season or this show is taking a dangerous turn.
The Fate of the Furious (2017)
DON'T WASTE Your Time!!!
This series should be called "the undying squad". In my opinion, this is probably the worst series ever made. lots of wasted money on the same BS. Bunch of street racers are better than every police and military forces on earth. Despite that they out numbered 1 to 100, before you even watch, you know they are going to win without any of them dying. It is very predictable. Not just that, they destroy an entire city, hundreds of people dye, but none of them gets even detained at the end. They steal to secret info for personal motivation, but it's OK. The amount of BS in this movie is limitless.
13 Reasons Why (2017)
Very Catchy But Not That Impressive
I don't know how to review this show. The show is very catchy, 10 mins in the first episode, and I knew that I am watching the whole season. Actually, I watched the 13 episodes in one day. Once you start watching you can't stop, you just want to see the end. I was praying that season 1 is not connected to season 2 so I don't have to wait a year to see the end, which is the case here. At some point, I was praying, dear God, you can take Jon Snow, but give us Hanna Bakers back.
With that being said, toward the end, the show loses its excitement and feels very redundant. After 6 or 7 episodes, I was watching just to see the end. Once I finished the season, I realized that the show was nothing special. It was a very normal story with a bit boring end.
Arrested Development (2003)
Over Rated or I Don't Get It
I don't get why a lot of people find this funny. This show definitely doesn't deserve more than 6. Maybe because I watched this in 2015 or I don't get it. I didn't find it funny most of the time. It is boring. How in the hell this is one of the highest rated shows??????????
P.S. I don't find most of the (supposed to be comedy) funny. Not the first time
Boyka: Undisputed IV (2016)
Below Average
This a very typical (Boyka is almost dead, then remembers than he shouldn't lose and wake up and beats the S out of everyone). The title says it all. No creativity, nothing special. In fact, the scenes of blood and fights are much worse than the earlier movies in the series. I gave it 5 only for effort made by the actors because I know these scenes are not easy to create, but the story is terrible.
The worst part was that Boyka went to prison at the end, which means be ready for Undisputed 5 of the same BS.
American Crime Story (2016)
Overall Good
I have read a lot of negative reviews that says that the series doesn't add anything to what they already know from the news, but for a person like me who is not American and was born in 1994, it is really good. I actually have never heard of O.J before this series. The show is a very good documentary for a historical event.
