The Walking Dead: What Comes After (2018)
I hope AMC is happy now
I am well aware of the children that will see my 1 star and automaticaly give me a downvote, but hopefully there are people that will read my truthful review.
This was the worst episode of the walking dead. The creators of this show have entered an entire new level of greed. The showrunners have noticed how awful this show is that they tease to the world that they were killing off their main character.
The writing in this episode was absolutely dreadful. This was an episode that was similar to Tyreece's death, only difference is that it's rick... which clearly means that the writing is any better. They crammed in as many commercials as they could after every single scene, the amount of crappy green-screens in this episode were uncountable, and every flashback that Rick had was filler and unsatisfying. And don't even get me started with this new Judith child actress. The episode dragged on to no end and to the point where I wasn't even sad about the show, I was sad about how the writers have killed what used to have been my favorite show.
Completely unjustified, and I will never forgive the writers and the brainless moron Scott Gimple. Thank you for 'Dextering' this show AMC, I really appreciate it and I hope you're all rich and having your fun while you still can.
The Walking Dead: Warning Signs (2018)
Fake reviews
Please take time to observe which reviews are fake and which ones are real. This show has got to end. It's dragged on the point where everyone stopped watching and the ratings have been lower than ever. After Rick dies I'm done.
2001: A Space Odyssey (1968)
This movie could've been 45 minutes
Alright, I really liked the originality, special effects, direction, and bravery that this movie showed. Yes, it's a little out-dated now.. but that's not why I didn't like it that much. I don't understand how people rate this a 10 and say "THIS MOVIE IS FLAWLESS AND WILL BE THE BEST MOVIE FOR THE REST OF ETERNITY." This movie is beyond far from the best movie ever. It COULD'VE been.. but it wasn't.
My title says it all. This movie DRAGGED the hell on. I am completely serious, halfway through the movie I had to take Advil so that I was able to sit through the rest of it.
The opening scene was great storytelling and a brilliant idea for the movie. But how long was this scene? 20-30ish minutes? That way too frickin long. I don't know what they were thinking with the decision to drag this on so much. This scene shouldve been around 10 minutes MAX.
This goes for all of the random (black screen scenes, drawn-out scenes of space) scenes. I truly wanted to like this movie as everyone else. But I cannot for the life of me enjoy this movie as much as people want me to.
6/10
The Walking Dead: The Key (2018)
I cannot believe people liked this garbage
I am giving this a 2/10 just because of Steven Ogg who is literally carrying the show with his acting. That being said, the rest of this episode made me absolutely furious. Rick and Negan were supposed to be the highlight of this episode when literally NOTHING HAPPENED!!! I can't understand the standards that some of these reviewers have when it comes to television. It's painfully difficult to watch these episodes, but I still hold on to the hope that the writing will show just a glimmer of intelligence. This week's episode gave us 80% filler and 20% poorly written and just utter stupidity.
If THIS was supposed to be a payoff episode.. It is not humanly possible for me to be any more disappointed.
Still though, if Simon is killed off, that's it for me.
The Walking Dead: No Way Out (2016)
The show REALLY should've ended here
I'll start off with saying that after this episode, the show gradually goes downhill, so far downhill that currently I have stopped watching the show. The rest of S6 is flawed but has it's moments, S7 was awful in every single way due to god-awful writing and painfully unrealistic new characters that are introduced, and S8 so far has just been underwhelming and worst season of the entire show.
But as of this episode, this was the best episode of what used to be my favorite show of all time. The character development mixed with superbly directed action just made every scene of this episode just amazing. This episode had everything that makes this show stand out above any other TV show. This episode breathes the realm of the show so much it just bleeds epicness.
The show would be so much better off ending off here, because after this episode, the rest just doesn't get anywhere close to the brilliance of "No Way Out"
The Walking Dead: Some Guy (2017)
The car chase scene ruined everything
This episode started and ended off strong, but in between it was painfully bad. This episode had the worst directed action scenes I have ever seen in my life. It's hard to believe that a show that was so thrilling and got my heart racing every episode, to me face palming every time a bad guy misses the clearest shot. The episode had it's moments of gratuity and character development, but the car chase scene was just laughable. It was like watching an action scene from the 60s. Rick and Daryl chase after a car with two saviors in it and one savior has a machine gun pointed at them at maybe 20 meters away. The savior takes about 60 shots at them and hit about 2. Rick was in a car, and the savior misses... By this point I was hysterical in laughter. And Rick pulls up next to the savior, and for some reason he's unarmed??? Rick jumps in the car and the savior tries to pull out a gun, WHEN RICK IS ALREADY IN THE CAR. He had a solid 7 seconds to pull out this gun and take out Rick and end the war. This scene was so bad I couldn't live with myself if I gave this episode higher than a 1. Seriously, so bad and so disappointed as usual.
The Walking Dead: The Damned (2017)
Much better than last week, but still not great
Last season of the show was so bad I almost stopped watching, and last week's episode definitely pushed me to my breaking point of discontinuing the show, but this episode was definitely a step up, yet it was still flawed. The action was surprisingly good, and I won't spoil but there is a twist at the end that actually shocked me. But unfortunately the show continued to have a chunk of filler scenes and bad dialogue, which shouldn't come as a shock knowing this show. I'll just conclude with saying that if the show maintains the pacing of this season and fires the scriptwriters, then this show has a small chance of redemption.
Game of Thrones: The Old Gods and the New (2012)
The most underrated episode I've ever seen
Without question, this show is one of my top-ten favorite episodes of the show. I have no clue as to why this only has a 9.1. Without spoiling, I will say that this episode is beautifully directed, tensely written, and it opens so many doors in the show. Seriously, f***ing amazing episode, so underrated.
The Walking Dead: Mercy (2017)
Should i even be surprised?
After the worst season of the show, I decided to give it one more episode to see how I felt and now I am officially done with my 8 years on TWD. This episode was THE most over-hyped episode of any show ever. They say the moment we've all been waiting for was them shooting windows and watching explosions... sad. It's sad to think about how much this show has been butchered, it used to be one of my favorite shows ever. Rick has an entire conversation with Negan even when he has a clear shot, or should I say 50 clear shots on Negan, but no, let's wait for dramatic purposes and drag his poorly developed character out the whole season. And Father Gabriel is in an RV with Negan face-to-face with a assault rifle and doesn't shoot him, and he saved Gregory why? Because AMC needed another character death so they decide to make him do something stupid that would get him killed. And Negan pulls the least-threatening line I've ever heard. I will discontinue this show because AMC forgot how to even write a show. I am now officially rooting for the walkers to devour out this show's cast.
Better Call Saul: Lantern (2017)
We're finally getting there..
This season has certainly been far from perfect. The past several episodes have been almost entirely filler and didn't convey the overall plot of the show. This whole season could've just been maybe a few episodes at most. Jimmy's storyline was going nowhere and the Mike/Gus storyline was way too dragged out. But thankfully this episode was a good payoff for the show in terms of Jimmy and Chuck. For the first time this season I'm interested to see what happens next and how this will affect Jimmy for the future.
Breaking Bad (2008)
Television has finally reached it's peak
I cannot find words to tell you all how perfect this show is, but all I can say is that there will be none other that can beat this perfect TV show. Breaking Bad deserves all the hype it gets, Vince Gillian truly delivers to the viewers. You will laugh, cry, and your jaw will be dropped to the floor at how shocking it can get. I get how I'm posting this in 2017, but this show will go down in history for being one of the best shows ever. If you haven't seen it, you NEED to see it right now, I can guarantee you that when you finish the show you will NOT regret it. AND, the 3rd to last episode of the series is the only 10/10 to ever make IMDb, so that should explain itself. WATCH IT!
Outsiders (2016)
First season was decent, Second season was abysmal.
This show started out pretty well. We open by meeting Asa Farrell about to take his life because he can't handle the real world without his clan. He then joins back with his family, only to find out that the Farrells are trying to be evicted by the police due to the coal found in the mountain. Plot isn't bad, actually quite creative. But if it weren't for their silly and comical "rituals" and "language," then the show would be pretty intense and suspenseful. I enjoyed watching season 1 for the most part. It was fun, interesting, shocking, and it made me want to watch more. But, I should've been careful for what I wished for. Season 2 comes around and I have never been more disappointed in a show than any other I've ever seen. It lost all direction of the plot, the script writing was lazy, the action scenes were unbearably unrealistic, and the whole thing became a ******* soap opera that depleted my patience and all interest in this show. And don't even get me started on how laughable everyone's "Kentucky accent" is. My vote is 4/10 simply because of the first season and how it brought something fresh to the table, but never held it's part in the second season.
