Fear the Walking Dead: The Raft (2022)
Dwight saves another poor episode
Dwight was the only redeeming part of this episode. Loved seeing some personality with him (e.g. The dad joke) but also not forgetting that he has a dark side to him. Brilliant character that I miss on the main show. Praying for an adequate end to this season.
Fear the Walking Dead: Ofelia (2022)
Better than the last two episodes
It's hard for anyone to get invested or excited about this season as there isn't much progress in the story. Every episode has been filler. However, I finally see some direction after this episode.
It was great to see Daniel, Wes and Luciana get some much deserved screen time. These three along with Victor and Alicia are by far the best 5 characters left on the show in my opinion and should be getting far more focus. Hopefully this season can turnaround after this.
The Walking Dead: World Beyond: Exit Wounds (2021)
Wasting time
There's so much potential to explore the CRM and make some true progression with the overall story (who they are, what they do, how the organisation works) yet they're focusing on irrelevant characters and stories that we've seen before and lacks entertainment/ progress. Not many episodes left so I hope it picks up because there's so much more potential.
The Walking Dead: World Beyond: Konsekans (2021)
Better than Season 1
It's not a 1 or 10, it's in the middle somewhere, it's already picked up from last season and it's setting up what could be a very good ending to the show. It feels like they could be dragging it out until the end though, I hope I'm wrong.
The Walking Dead: Home Sweet Home (2021)
Welcome back Lauren Cohan
The first episode of 10C was solid. I think it's the perfect time for Maggie's return since Michonne has left and a new arc in the show begins. The show is lacking big characters so her return is most welcome
It was nice to hear some throwbacks about Glenn and Maggie's family and how she deals with her son asking questions about his father. The reaper storyline that's been introduced was good but I hope we don't get stuck in another war against this group, we need something new from the show.
I think Kelly got some much needed development as she hasn't really brought much to the show yet, she's kinda just been there with forced side storyline's but her story this episode felt real, relatable and she was much more likeable which is good to see.
FIFA 21 (2020)
Awful
Full of bugs and glitches, passing is all over the place and it is without doubt the worst defensive gameplay we've ever had!!
Fear the Walking Dead: Bury Her Next to Jasper's Leg (2020)
Wow!
Best episode of the season and one of the best episodes out of all three shows in the last few years! Brilliant drama, action and character development! I haven't been a fan of Virginia's character but this was a flawless and convincing performance. June, John and Sarah showing great development and the plot feels like it's really moving forward! This season has been unreal
The Walking Dead: World Beyond: The Tyger and the Lamb (2020)
Slow episode, interesting last 5 minutes
Another very slow episode until the last 5 minutes. It was probably better than last episode but I'm still not invested in the characters but can see potential in Felix, Hope and Elton. The other characters are very annoying and unlikeable but the actress who plays Huck cannot act! She is terrible
The final minutes was the only part really worth watching. We saw a soldier of the CRM struggling with what they did to the community before Elizabeth showed him the technology and resources that they have to remind him of why they do what they do. A good ending that's got me interested in the next episode
Fear the Walking Dead: The End Is the Beginning (2020)
There's potential
I don't believe this episode warrants an extremely high rating like most people are giving it, but what I can say is that theres a big improvement! The grey filter is finally gone, Morgan actually had some character development instead of his boring, one dimensional 'all life is precious, let's help everyone' nonsense. He could genuinely be interesting this season. The episode brought back a more dark feeling, the walkers actually seemed like a threat, and Josiah was a convincing antagonist. Virginia still seems like a terrible and unconvincing character though, she has been awfully written. Overall, it was a good start and I can see potential for this season
X-Men: Dark Phoenix (2019)
Great movie ruined by aliens
I thoroughly enjoyed this x-men movie, thought the actors did another fantastic job in their portrayal of each character and the plot was pretty solid except for 1 thing... aliens
There was no point in making the antagonists aliens, the movie wouldn't have really changed anyway if they were just other mutants instead, and it would have made way more sense. Perhaps they were trying to make This X-Men universe more like the MCU but it just doesn't work to be honest
The Walking Dead: The Tower (2020)
A little bit disappointed
I know it's setting up the finale but I felt as though, this episode lacked an engaging story, it felt like we missed something as they were suddenly at a hospital and this big plan had emerged for our survivors without any Build up, I enjoyed the Negan and Lydia scenes (they are probably the most convincing and interesting characters for me), I quite like the Princess so far, And it was nice to finally be in a different setting (city). Overall, it kind of felt like a filler though compared to the previous 5 episodes, I wasn't engaged in the Aaron/Alden scenes nor the Beta scenes to be honest
Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Dangerous Debt (2020)
Another wasted episode
What was the point of all that if they're just gonna end up in jail again, worst season of the clone wars by a long shot, it's been filler after filler. Give us an entertaining story Disney
The Walking Dead: After (2014)
Underrated
Brilliant character driven episode that really brought Carl's character to life as well as uncovering a big part of Michonnes past, one of the most under appreciated episodes of the series
The Walking Dead: Lines We Cross (2019)
Solid start
Decent start to the season, and already better than all of Season 5 of fear, It wasn't the most action packed but we were able to see some solid development of most characters and understand where they stand after the pikes. I really liked the satellite crashing storyline as it was something new, I'm glad that Aaron is finally getting some good development, he's a great character but they haven't done a whole lot with him until now imo. Should be a good season providing they pace it right and avoid rushing or dragging on the whisperer storyline
Fear the Walking Dead: Channel 5 (2019)
So much potential yet so bad
This season is an absolute mess!
Firstly, the storyline has been boring and each episode has been inconsistent, it's been a season of filler episodes with no direction.
Secondly, every single character has become boring, one dimensional and stupid. Characters like daniel and Strand use to be complex and interesting, now they just stand there like every other character and add nothing to the show. Such a shame for such a great cast!
Thirdly, having the show filmed in the perspective of Al's cameras is a terrible idea, boring and impossible to watch.
Next season needs big changes
Fear the Walking Dead (2015)
Season 1-3 (8/10) but Season 4 & 5 (4/10)
The forced time jump between season 3 and 4 has completely destroyed this show! Fear really found its footing throughout season 3 and became a brilliant show but then the writers needed to force a crossover by bringing Morgan in and completely ruined it. The writers have clearly ran out of ideas as there has been no decent plot, the script makes the audience cringe and the antagonists have been extremely weak and boring! I thought season 5 was going to pick up with a storyline about the CRM but there has been no progress in the story. Something needs to change
