If your a fan of the series or murder mysteries in general that make you think a little during the movie you will enjoy this. My wife and I both thought the movie had a good pace with enough plot twists and parallel lines that it kept our interest and engagement the entire movie. While we had pretty well figured it out about three quarters of the way through the movie, it still held our attention and was entertaining. We both also thought the acting was really good for all of the characters except Tina Fey's performance which we both thought was subpar and lack luster at best. Full disclosure neither of us have ever been impressed with her acting.

Is it just me or does anyone else remember when this used to be a wonderful Thanksgiving Day tradition that actually showed a parade instead of just being a 3 hr commercial? Used to be almost all floats, balloons, and bands with occasionalmarketing but primarilyon the floats or just banners. The ridiculous waste of time commentary about everything but the parade, promotion of upcoming shows and "celebrities" they want to promote etc. Are absolutely awful. Even the music performances are nothing but marketing for whichever music label / movie company owns the performers contracts and song rights. Very sad what has become of a once great parade the last several years.

About time a movie worth watching was made again, hands down the best movie in many years if not decades!

I've not always been a huge Tom Cruise fan but he was excellent in this one.

Wife and I loved it and thoroughly enjoyed almost every second of it.

Also far more technically and militarily correct than the first with a few exceptions because it is a movie after all.

Wife and I both had the same thoughts, kind of boring. Special effects weren't that great. All of the dinosaurs seemed way smaller than previous movies and far too tame for wild animals. Just didn't live up to the others. Liked the edition of "baby Blue" but that was the only thing we really liked about it.

Part of what made the original Vikings series first few seasons a must see was the attention to historical accuracy in accordance with written records in the sagas. This series is full of major inaccuracies and lacks the charm and charisma of the first few seasons of the original series.
