As mentioned before this episode is cut and paste from Season 10, episode 11 "Stranger". That aside, these people have doing this "job" anywhere from 5 to 18 years. Before they reunited the family together they should have verified DNA. Obviously, for store purposes they couldn't do that, otherwise there would be no episode, but still bad story writing.

As has been mentioned before, this show seems like a JAG reboot. Which is ok, since that show went away many years ago. Story was good, acting is ok. My big problem was uniform mistakes. In the 3rd scene where "Abe" request to prosecute the case. He is wearing the MC dress blue uniform, or more commonly known as "blues". One of the junior officers in the room asks him " What's with the clothes?!" No Marine would EVER say that. The Marine Corps dress blue uniform is a cornerstone of who the Marine Corps is. She would have said "Why are you in your blues?!" The other big mistake was the Base Surgeon's uniform. The Navy's officer blue uniform is adorned with gold bands around the lower portion of the sleeve. They kept addressing the accused as "Commander", O-4 grade, which is equivalent to a Lieutenant Colonel in all the other US branches of service. However he was wearing 2 gold bands which is equivalent to O-2 grade, Lieutenant (Navy)/Captain (all others). An actual Commander would have 3 gold bands not 2. Hopefully they'll improve the show by hiring a military technical advisor, to fix these problems.

This episode was the best so far. Not a lot of crazy, unbelievable stuff in this one. The AI was good as well. Cancelling every flight instead of delaying was a bit of a stretch, but ok. One bodyguard as protection, ludicrous. Otherwise, decent. Will continue to watch.

This episode is better than the first episode, but still not great. Subway scene was awful. No one pulls out a cell and records what happened...yeah right. The daughter interaction was good. At least most of what happened in this episode was believable. Will keep watching for now.

I work overseas and watch this on Hulu. So I was really hoping that this show would be my new go to for action. Especially with Lauren "Maggie Rhee" Cohen helming the show. I'm not going to spoil this like many others have. However, these covert operatives don't even know what the word covert means! Everything everyone else has said that gave this show 4 stars or less is true. 80% of what these "agents" do in these situations, no real agent would EVER do. If this makes it to a second season, I don't know what that means for our society as a whole. I'll grudgingly watch the second episode just so I can say I gave it a chance.
