This is just bad. I love these movies but this one was way out there. The acting is just awful. I didn't like any of the actors. Even boobs couldn't make me like them. There were too many things that just tear this one apart. It looked like they filmed it at a dog park. The gratuitous up the skirt shots. ( who wears a short skirt camping the entire time). The blood wasn't even the right colour. I will give it points for some of the effects. I hope to see none of these people in the movie again.

The animation is beautiful. The one bug detractor is I can't get over cup heads voice it doesn't fit at all. I am a huge fan of the games. The characters for me at least are suppose to have childlike wonder to them.

Ok so that happened. I really liked the cinematography in this movie. There truly is some breathtaking moments. Then there is the end........ I thought I have seen it all. Nope. Watch at own risk you will not be the same person after watching.

I tried boy did I try. I tried to get over the Leon casting and I can't. I tried to watch this movie in so many ways. As a person who did not know anything about the games a person who loves the games and no matter how you look at it just was bad. It had some cool monster parts and the CGI was fun but really I was so mad the entire time I kept forgetting there were even monsters in the movie. Do better.

I am a junkie for found footage movies. This one kept my attention and had some creepy moments. The kind that sneak up on you rather than jump scares. I like what they did on a film with limited budget. Better than most in the genre. I say worth the watch.
