Neanderthals: Meet Your Ancestors (2018)
Dumbed down for 5 year olds.
This documentary like most these days treats the viewer as a retard.
It was presumably made for adults but it's like a children's tv show from the 60s/70s. Don't waste your time or insult your intelligence.
The City and the City (2018)
Brilliant and definitely better than US garbage.
Wow, a brilliant thought provoking series that I am going to watch again.
A real change from the usual US cliched formulaic dross.
Long live independent TV.
Krypton (2018)
Usual "American Style" drivel.
Cliched dialogue/acting/directing/plots aimed at the US market (ie pre-pubescent boys) even though it seems to have been filmed in Serbia and Ireland.
And for all you Yanks complaining about British accents.
Now you know how we feel when we hear US accents in "Merry England" type films of Robin Hood and King Arthur and all the other English and European folk tales and myths that Hollywood has bastardised in the past.
Britannia (2017)
A glorious romp
Done with the slightly off kilter British sense of humour which does not take itself too seriously (unlike some shows) by using cod Latin or portentous "old style" language, yet still serving up a deliciously bonkers tale of ancient Britain.

Requiem (2018)
Throw every horror cliche into a bag and shake it up.
"Whoo whoo" supposedly spooky soundtrack and sound effects are so cliched and obvious that I cannot see this as an attempt at serious drama, yet apparently it is. They can't even make the excuse that this is pastiche comedy.
"It was a dark and stormy night...".
