This movie could be so much better if there weren't so many unexplained things in the scenario. I mean OK Predalien to come to life was logical based on the end of previous film but it made no sense why alien appeared in this city. Apart from that we got a total chaos with humans being in the middle. Which is logical but some decisions from the writers I cannot understand why they were allowed. Like the kid and the babies dieing from facehuggers. That was too much. What was really annoying in the movie was that it was too dark. To the point of not being able to see what was happening. As a result you lose interest as time goes by.

The trailers were promising something very close to the videogames. Instead of that we got a mess. Two games were merged in one story but with changed scenarios. Characters did different things from what they did in the videogames, acted completely differently than they should and the characters development was not equal. There was too much focus on Claire but she wasn't anything like the Claire we met on the the second videogame. Too badass when she should be a scary little girl. Wesker was also a big disappointment. Doing things so open he was nothing like the Wesker we know acting in the shadows. The biggest failure was Leon although. Nothing like the Leon in looks or character. In the second game he was a new recruit not a noob. Everyone teasing him was quite embarrassing to watch. Generally the only thing I liked in this film was the representation of Racoon City. Nothing else. Bad acting, bad scripting, terrible changes in the scenario we know, out of characters behaviour and wrong looks for the most characters. How capcom allowed that blasphemy to the videogames to be released is beyond me. The franchise had enough bad movies already. Give it some respect at last...

Once again after Terminator 2 we watch such a badass woman in a movie. The final hours of the movie will be forever memorable with Ripley deciding to go back back and take revenge!

The movie gets much more value especially if you watch this and the first movie again after Prometheus and Alien Covenant.

After two so awesome movies we had an awful beginning in the movie with characters that died when I really wanted them to be in this movie as well. Especially the kid. Other than that the place this movie got place wasn't something nice either. I expected a completely different plot. Thank God this wasn't the end to the story and we got another one.
