Mama Africa
Until the mid-19th century poor Ticino montain farmers sold their children as chimney sweepers to Milan. The same happens to the little boy Giorgio. He has to climb through dark fireplaces throw down the soot with his bare hands. But he doesn't give up. Together with his companions in misfortune he covenants the "black brothers". They stick together, fight back against their misery and become entangled in a struggle against the Milanese street kids. The film tells the story of the thrilling adventures of these chimney sweep boys and their spectacular escape back home.
