In the 1950's both John Abineri & his wife Hilary Bamford were members of the Repertory Company of the Theatre in Perth Scotland, which was the early home of many other now famous actors including Donald Sutherland, Ewan McGregor & Edward Woodward. Others went on to be well known on Television, Russell Hunter (Callan) & Valerie Lush (Butterflies)
