Castmembers of “The Mighty Ducks” films reunited at a hockey game between the New York Islanders and Anaheim Ducks over the weekend.
“Saturday Night Live” star Kenan Thompson, who starred as Russ Tyler in both sequel films “D2: The Mighty Ducks” and “D3,” checked out the game on Sunday with fellow castmembers Garette Ratliff Henson, Vincent Larusso and Danny Tamberelli, all of whom starred in the 1992 original film, and Colombe Jacobsen-Derstine, who joined the cast in the sequels.
“The quack attack is back, Jack! Glad to have a few Mighty Ducks join us for the game – and a few other fun projects – today on Long Island,” the Ducks shared along with several photos on Instagram.

Joshua Jackson took a trip down memory lane on Thursday night (August 13) by live-tweeting a rewatch of The Mighty Ducks.
Using the hashtag #NHLMovieNight, the actor reminisced about the film and remembered some of the lines that still haunt him today, but also took the opportunity to call for a reboot for a "new generation".
He tweeted: "Thanks #NHLMovieNight for keeping me entertained on my flight. I think it's time for a new generation of ducks."
And when someone asked who could play Charlie Conway in a remake, he gave Jurassic World star Ty Simpkins his seal of approval.

The Ducks are back together! The all-grown-up cast of the hit 1994 movie D2: The Mighty Ducks recently reunited in honor of the film's 20th anniversary and the reunion photos are wonderfully nostalgic. Over the weekend, star Marguerite Moreau and her husband Christopher Redman documented the get-together on their social media accounts. In one group photo, Moreau poses with co-stars Mike Vitar (Luis Mendoza), Garrett Henson (Guy Germaine), Vincent Larusso (Adam Banks), Aaron Lohr (Dean Portman) and Scott Whyte (Gunnar Stahl). She captioned the smiley shot, "Mike Vitar, @garretth Vincent Larusso Aaron Lohr and Scott Whyte #mD2 #mightyducks #20yearreunion." In another, Moreau hugs Henson, who played...
