- Mostly remembered today as the father of Anthony Perkins, Osgood Perkins enjoyed a successful career on Broadway, appearing in 22 major productions from 1924-36, often produced by Brock Pemberton. The highlight of his stage career was starring in the hit "The Front Page" as Walter Burns at the Times Square Theatre in 1928.
