Sergio Sánchez Shaw was born in Valladolid, where he took his first steps as an actor. He graduated in Dramatic Art from the School for the Dramatic Arts in this city, and then moved to Barcelona and, lastly, to Madrid, to pursue his dream of acting. He started appearing in a number of TV shows, including
Hospital Central (2000) or
Estudio 1 (1965), and leading the cast of short films such as
Escorzo (2005),
Evaluación Final (2011) and
De-mente (2016). But above all else, he's a man of stage. He was a member of the National Dramatic Center of Spain for several years, and performed under the order of well-known Spanish directors
Gerardo Vera and
Miguel Narros.
